As a large injection molding part,the warpage and deformation defect of automobile door interior panel has a great influence on the quality and performance of the whole injection molding part.At present,the research on the forming defect of door interior panel is very limited.Based on this,this paper takes the maximum warpage deformation of a car door interior panel of an automobile brand as the research object,studies the relationship between injection molding process parameters and warpage deformation,and optimizes the combination of process parameters.Based on warp forming cause analysis of temperature,time and pressure of the car door trim plate buckling problem of the main factors,and by using the orthogonal experiment method to mold temperature,melt temperature,injection time,holding time,cooling time,injection pressure and holding pressure seven parameters to analyze influence degree,It is found that melt temperature,pressure holding,mold temperature and pressure holding time are four process parameters which have significant influence on the warping deformation of automobile door interior panel.Through single factor study of four process parameters,it is analyzed that the warpage deformation of four process parameters is more serious when the value is too high or too low,and the change law of first falling and then rising is presented as a whole.The interaction of the four process parameters was analyzed by the response surface model,and the interaction between the four process parameters was obtained.The interaction between melt temperature and holding time and between holding pressure and holding time was the most obvious.The response surface model,genetic algorithm and artificial fish swarm algorithm were used for optimization,and the results of the three methods were verified.The simulation value of the warpage deformation of the response surface model was 4.619 mm,and the error was 0.129%.The warpage simulation value of genetic algorithm is 4.610 mm and the error is 0.108%.The simulation value of the artificial fish swarm algorithm is 4.597 mm and the error is 0.086%.The results of the three methods are compared and analyzed,and the artificial fish swarm algorithm is the most suitable and efficient in the optimization of injection process parameters of the door interior panel.The maximum difference between the simulation results is 0.003 mm.It is proved that only focusing on the process parameters with significant influence can greatly improve the efficiency of the research on the warpage deformation of injection parts.This paper studies and analyzes the process parameters which have a significant influence on the warpage of the door interior panel,and provides the data optimization algorithm model,which provides a certain basis for the optimization of the warpage of the door interior panel.
