Rivers and lakes are important carriers of regional drainage,and also an important part of ensuring stability of regional environment.Since the 2000 s,the continuing development of social economy,along with uncontrolled sewage discharge,lead to various aquatic ecological problems.River and lake ecosystems have been damaged greatly,brought out problems such as deterioration of water quality and hydrological conditions,damage to ecological structure and biodiversity,degradation of rivers and lakes ecological functions,those have seriously hindered the sustainable development of Social economy.China has paid great attention to aquatic ecosystem.The river chief system and lake chief system were promoted nationwide.The construction of river and lake systems has been continuously explored,focusing on water quality improvement,ecological restoration,leisure tourism construction.Also,the related systems as river chief system specifically required to establish ecological evaluation system on waters,and to assess waters health periodically.It has drawn great attention to managers and developers on how to establish evaluation system,assess conditions,find problems,propose solutions and provide supports.This paper aims to find the problems existing in the ecological health of rivers and lakes.The analytic hierarchy process and entropy weight method were adapted to build a river and lake evaluation system based on the ecological perspective,to determine the weights of each indicator,This paper selected main rivers and lakes in the above blocks,and consisted following parts:First of all,this article starts from the collation of relevant literatures on river and lake health research at home and abroad,analyzes the current status and existing problems of river and lake health research at home and abroad,sorts out the index factors needed for river and lake evaluation,and analyzes ecology,river and lake health,analytic hierarchy process and entropy weight method.Secondly,on the basis of the existing literature on river and lake health evaluation,fully combining the opinions of experts and scholars and river and lake managers,and starting from the actual situation of rivers and lakes in Shangjie District,the statistical indicators were used to select evaluation indicators.13 evaluation indicators,from the four aspects of the physical structure of the river and lake,water quality status,biological abundance index,and social service functions,a river and lake health evaluation index system from an ecological perspective was constructed,and a systematic analysis and research were conducted.In the entropy weight method,a questionnaire was designed and distributed,and the weight of the evaluation index was quantified through data collection and analysis.Finally,the main rivers and lakes in Shangjie District were evaluated according to the evaluation system,and the evaluation results of each river and lake were calculated.The evaluation results of the lakes were analyzed,and the problems existing in the rivers and lakes were raised,and reasonable suggestions were put forward for the problems.
