Experimental Study On The Purification Of Organic Waste Gas With New Absorption Liquid

Organic waste gas is a common atmospheric pollutant,which will cause serious harm to the atmospheric environment and human health.Among the organic waste gas treatment methods in chemical industry,absorption method has been widely used because of its advantages of environmental protection,high safety and stability and low operating cost.The purpose of this study is to develop an efficient,economical and environmentally friendly organic waste gas absorption solution,and to match its process and parameters,and to be applied in practical projectsThis study is divided into three stages.The first stage is to select the absorbent solvent and compare the absorption effect of different absorbent solvents on toluene to select the best solvent.In the second stage,the components of the absorption solution were developed,inorganic salts and organic compounds were added to the solvent of the absorption solution,and their solubilization effects on the solvent of the absorption solution were analyzed and compared to improve the formula of the absorption solution.In the third stage,the main factors affecting the absorption efficiency of the new absorbent were explored,and the optimum conditions were determined by using the orthogonal test method,which provided data support for the application of the new absorbent in engineeringThe experimental results of this paper show that(1)YN1201,the solvent of the selected absorption solution,showed excellent physicochemical properties and absorption performance.When the added concentration was 0.0075%,the surface tension of the aqueous solution could be reduced to 26mN/m.When the concentration was 1%and the toluene intake concentration was 500-2000mg/m3,the absorption efficiency of toluene reached more than 80%(2)The new absorption solution has a better absorption effect on organic waste gas.The formula is:0.3%KC 1+3 0%DMA+1%YN1201+0.1%defoaming agent+6 8.6%water(by mass fraction).Under the normal temperature,the highest absorption efficiency of the new absorption solution can reach 84.3%,78.1%,92.1%,and the highest absorption capacity is 29.1g/L,13.8g/L,and 67.8g/L,respectively,for the mixed waste gas of toluene,petroleum ether,and ethyl acetate with the inlet concentration of 500-2000mg/m3(3)The optimal conditions of organic waste gas absorption are:The inlet concentration is 500mg/m3,the inlet flow is 200m3/h,the spray strength is 4m3/h,the air speed of the empty tower is 0.13m/s,and the absorption efficiency of the new absorption liquid is 94.2%.(4)Under the same experimental conditions,the maximum absorption efficiency of the new absorbent to organic waste gas was 94.2%,and the maximum absorption efficiency of the two ordinary absorbent to organic waste gas was 75%and 85.1%,respectively.
