Large scale centrifugal unit is the core equipment of chemical enterprises.Once it breaks down,the failure of large-scale centrifugal unit will bring great economic losses,even safety accidents,and bring pollution to the environment.Condition monitoring and fault diagnosis can monitor the operation status of the unit in real time,and diagnose the unit abnormality timely and accurately to ensure the stable operation of the unit.Therefore,it is necessary to study the application of condition monitoring and fault diagnosis in large centrifugal units.Taking SG8000 monitoring and diagnosis system as an example,this paper analyzes the application of condition monitoring and fault diagnosis in large centrifugal units.The main research contents are as follows:Firstly,the working principle and shafting monitoring system of large-scale centrifugal unit are studied.This paper analyzes the structure of centrifugal compressor unit,studies the structure and parameters of steam turbine and compressor,as well as the structure of shafting and vibration monitoring system of large-scale centrifugal compressor unit.Through the research,the foundation for the application of condition monitoring and fault diagnosis of large-scale centrifugal units is established.Secondly,the research on condition monitoring and fault diagnosis of large-scale centrifugal unit is divided into two parts.In the first part,the contents and signals of monitoring and diagnosis are studied,which lays a theoretical foundation for the subsequent diagnosis of unit faults.In the second part,firstly,SG8000 atlas is studied,focusing on the analysis of startup and shutdown atlas,and summarizing the startup and shutdown characteristics of startup and shutdown atlas.Then,vibration analysis method and shaft displacement analysis method are proposed for fault diagnosis of units.Through the research,it provides a method for the application of condition monitoring and fault diagnosis in large centrifugal units.Thirdly,Research on the typical vibration fault of the unit and how to diagnose the vibration fault.This paper mainly studies 8 types of vibration faults,each of which has itself causes and vibration characteristics.The most important thing to analyze and diagnose unit faults is to find out the characteristics and laws of various faults.Through the research,it can be verified that SG8000 system has high accuracy in diagnosing vibration fault of unit,and can accurately judge the type,position and degree of unit fault,and then take correct Countermeasures to deal with unit fault.Finally,in order to improve the efficiency of unit fault diagnosis,how to realize the automatic fault diagnosis function of SG8000 is researched.Based on the characteristic relationship between vibration fault and fault symptom of centrifugal unit,a fault diagnosis model is built,which is embedded in SG8000 system,and finally the automatic fault diagnosis function is realized.The research work of this paper has both theoretical value and practical significance.It is beneficial to understand the fault analysis process of large-scale centrifugal unit,master the fault mechanism,develop the fault diagnosis system,and improve the fault diagnosis level of technical managers of the unit.
