Centrifugal pumps play an important role in chemical production,so they have been increasingly used in the production process of many enterprises and factories.However,in chemical companies,most centrifugal pumps operate in relatively harsh environments,so the components of the centrifugal pump are often damaged during operation,causing the centrifugal pump to malfunction.When the centrifugal pump fails,it will cause violent vibration of the centrifugal pump,and the severe vibration will intensify the damage of the centrifugal pump parts,forming a vicious circle.The failure of the centrifugal pump directly affects the operation of the centrifugal pump,causing huge losses in the national economy.Therefore,it is necessary to perform vibration test on the running state of the centrifugal pump unit,in order to be able to find faults in time and carry out maintenance diagnosis to ensure that the centrifugal pump can operate normally.However,there are still many key problems that have not been solved in the vibration testing and fault diagnosis technology of the centrifugal pump during operation,and this technology has not been widely used.At present,in the fault diagnosis of centrifugal pump sets of chemical enterprises,there are relatively few devices for vibration testing.Therefore,it is necessary to develop a vibration test device for fault diagnosis of centrifugal pump sets in chemical enterprises.The main purpose of this paper is to complete the vibration test and fault diagnosis of the centrifugal pump set of chemical enterprises.By searching a large number of literatures on centrifugal pump vibration testing and centrifugal pump fault diagnosis in chemical industry,and doing theoretical analysis,using virtual instrument technology as a development platform,with the help of piezoelectric technology and computer-aided testing technology,the chemical enterprise centrifugal pump vibration test system was realized Hardware design.Using Lab VIEW software to compile the centrifugal pump vibration test system software,and carried out the vibration test experiment.To sum up,the research work andmain results of this paper are as follows:(1)The principle of centrifugal pump vibration test in chemical enterprises was studied in detail.Through detailed analysis of the vibration test system,combined with the actual situation,the hardware design and software design of the entire vibration test system were carried out.(2)This article designs a set of vibration test platform suitable for fault diagnosis of centrifugal pump units of chemical enterprises.The structure used is a piezoelectric vibration signal acquisition device in the form of a cantilever beam.Send to the data collector to analyze and process the test data.(3)Use Lab VIEW software as a development platform.During the experiment,the device performs vibration test on the running state of the centrifugal pump,and simultaneously performs data collection and displays the corresponding waveform diagram and parameters in real time.After the experiment is completed,the collected data is analyzed and processed.The result is higher amplitude and frequency in the fault state.(4)The method of wavelet analysis is used to diagnose the fault through the distribution changes of amplitude,period and frequency.Through the different waveforms of the centrifugal pump in normal operation and fault conditions to analyze the type of failure.
