In recent years,the polymer flooding technology which has been applied in a large number of domestic oil fields is developing rapidly,while there're still numerous technical difficulties in key technique.Therefore,it is of great economic significance to research and develop a new kind of injection allocator.The working environment in polymer injection well is extremely harsh,how to design injection allocator reasonably has been a key point to the design.Based on a great number of references and a great deal of practical experience,a new kind of off-center injection allocator have been developed.According to the requirements of this project,the structure of injection allocator is introduced in this thesis.Also,structures of each important part in the injection allocator are designed and the strength of key parts is checked to meet the design requirements and working needs.Valve core which is the key part of injection allocator in polymer injection is analyzed with finite element simulation to get the optimal parameters.In this paper,the structure and material of electromagnetic flow meter is also introduced.The electromagnetic field in electromagnetic flow meter is analyzed on the basis of Maxwell's equations.Due to the symmetrical structure of flow meter,3D model of electromagnetic flow meter could be simplified as a 2D plane field model in analysis.The simulation results are showed with the distribution of lines of magnetic force,vector diagrams of magnetic flux density.The designed electromagnetic flow meter is calibrated with a professional test bedstand.Finally the sealing property and pressure regulation property of the intelligent injection allocator is tested through indoor experiment.The experiment shows that this designed intelligent injection allocator could be worked reliably in a poor condition for a long time.
