In the process of oil drilling and workover,the speed and efficiency of loading and unloading drill pipes are important factors affecting the completion speed of drilling.The traditional hydraulic tongs,which are important tools for connecting drill pipes or standing roots,have been difficult to meet the actual work requirements,and there are many hidden safety hazards.After years of experience and design progress,people have developed more advanced drilling tool connection equipment such as iron drillers,which has further improved the automation of wellhead equipment.At present,the iron drill work is a more advanced torque twisting equipment,which has improved Production efficiency and safety is one of the important automation equipment in modern drilling.In order to further improve the safety and efficiency of drilling and workover production,in recent years,the design and development of high-performance iron driller products has become one of the key projects in petroleum equipment research.Based on this background,this article should research and analyze several main aspects that affect the performance of iron drillers.Provide theoretical reference value for improving the efficiency,safety and economy of iron drillersThis article summarizes the current state of development of domestic and foreign iron drillers,analyzes the current problems of iron drillers,and lists several iron drillers with excellent performance.It also discusses the possible development direction of iron drillers in the future..Then analyze and explain the structure,working principle,technical parameters and angles of movement of iron driller's turnbuckle,determine the specific structural form,and use Solidworks drawing software to build a three-dimensional model of the core components of the turnbuckle.The contact stress between the roller and the drill rod of the force-snap pliers is also analyzed.The finite element method of the roller is used to calculate the finite element matrix of the roller and the finite element matrix of the clamp arm.The clamping arm was analyzed by finite element simulation,and the safety and feasibility of key parts were simulated and verified.The response diagrams of various factors were obtained,which provided the necessary theoretical support for the manufacture,application and maintenance of iron drillers.
