With the development of intelligentized and informationalized manufacturing in China,the automation of oil drilling and production equipment is becoming more and more rapid.The automatic and operational intelligent oil equipment which aims to ensure the safety of operation,reduce the intensity of labor and improve the efficiency of operation has begun to quickly put into the industrial application of oil field.More and more attention has been paid to the Iron Roughneck in modern drilling.The Iron Roughneck studied in this paper has a wide range of applications for telescopic boom.Its Clamping Pliers can not only fulfill the requirements of ordinary buttons,but also have their own characteristics.The open type jaws of the Clamping Pliers make the drilling tool range greatly improved;the clamping mechanism and the punching mechanism,while having the clamping and buckling functions,design a rotating track to ensure that the clamp head revolves around the drill tool during the rotation of the clamp body during the buckle and avoids the shearing stress on the drill tool?This thesis makes a comparative introduction to advanced oil drilling rig at home and abroad,analyzes the development status and research of the iron drillers at home and abroad,explains the structure,working principle and technical parameters of the Iron Roughneck,and predicts the future development trend of the Iron Roughneck,and the original mechanism of the TZG9 3/4-140 SIron Roughneck Clamping Pliers.The key components(main bearing parts)of hedging buckle clamp are designed and calculated.The key parts are designed,mechanical analysis,material selection,finite element analysis and check for the shell,the arm of the fulcrum,the crank and the tongs.In the case of elastic deformation,the process analysis and scheme are made in the case of elastic deformation,and the process flow,the processing plan and the cutting parameters are optimized,and the key parts,such as the clamp teeth and the fulcrum arm,are analyzed,and the technical analysis of the key parts,such as the clasp clamp teeth and the fulcrum arm,is carried out respectively.Process plan design,making use of various problems occurred in the production process to analyze and summarize,optimize and improve the process,and improve product quality.On the basis of previous research,the corresponding punching forceps were manufactured,and the industrial test of TZG9 3/4-140 SIron Roughneck was carried out?...
