With oil production and workover gradually developing nowadays,the traditional oil drilling and drilling equipment simply can not meet the needs of the times,such as the hydraulic power tongs?The process of making-up and breaking-up by the hydraulic power tongs used in the past is not only inefficient and cumbersome,but also has many potential safety hazards.In addition,the production and technology of iron roughneck developed by our country are not mature enough which exist certain limitations and have a large gap compared with foreign countries.In this context,combined with the relevant literatures on the research from domestic and foreign scholars and college researchers,the supervisor proposed a research on the automatic making-up and breaking-up system of the track iron roughneck,which mainly studies the part of its caliper and its performance characteristics.According to the status quo of hydraulic tongs and all kinds of iron roughneck at home and abroad,an overall structure program of an automatic and efficient track iron roughneck was proposed in this thesis.The overall structure and work principle of the track iron roughneck are proposed and designed in the thesis.The performance parameters are listed,the spinner wrench of track iron roughneck,the structure design and workflow of upper and lower plier of punching device are preferentially selected.According to mechanical performance analysis and using ADAMS software,we build three-dimensional mechanical model to gain the variation curve of each contact force,clamping force;Taking advantage of the principle and method of mechanism analysis and synthesis,we are to gain the kinematics analysis of the key points of the rotating-screw device?According to the parameters optimization,problem that are the multi-objective optimization in MATLAB software have built three-dimensional mechanical model to find equivalent friction coefficient and bite depth of the optimal solution;Using the Workbench software to carry out the finite element analysis?In addition,the track of iron roughneck of the plier body studies to be brought up for the follow-up work and prospect?...
