The dynamic liquid surface value is a very critical parameter to guide oilfield production.Measuring the value of the dynamic liquid level and controlling the height of the dynamic liquid level are one of the important ways to realize stable production of oil wells and improve oil recovery efficiency.It is of great significance to study the oil well dynamic liquid level monitoring equipment.In this paper,through the research on dynamic liquid level monitoring related technologies and existing achievements at home and abroad,combined with the current status of dynamic liquid level monitoring in oil production plants,the functional requirements of dynamic liquid level monitoring equipment are analyzed,and the hardware selection of monitoring equipment and Linux Embedded development with Qt.On this basis,the overall design of the oil well dynamic liquid level remote monitoring system including data acquisition,data transmission,remote monitoring and other functions is proposed.In terms of data collection,by comparing the characteristics of current traditional dynamic liquid level measurement methods,the echo method with high degree of automation and high safety is selected as the measurement method of dynamic liquid level for the needs.Principle and implementation.In terms of data transmission,in order to solve the problems of poor survivability,complicated deployment,and limited transmission distance of the traditional dynamic liquid level monitoring equipment wireless network,it was decided to use a wireless ad hoc network based on WIFI.The characteristics of commonly used wireless networking protocols AODV,DSR,DSDV are analyzed.And through NS2 modeling,simulate the operation of the three networking protocols in the wellsite environment.Select and implement the AODV wireless networking protocol based on the comprehensive performance of the three protocols' end-to-end delay,data packet reception success rate,and first packet reception delay.In order to solve the problem that a large number of monitoring equipments simultaneously work with huge data transmission volume,which brings a large burden to the network.In this paper,the acoustic wave data compression algorithm based on Huffman coding is implemented,the application layer data transmission format is designed,and the data transmission efficiency is improved.In terms of remote monitoring,combined with demand analysis,we designed and implemented a remote monitoring system for the moving liquid level in C/S mode.The system includes data browsing,equipment management,basic data management,system management and other functions.It has played a role in promoting the digital construction of oil fields and has certain practical value.
