With the ever-increasing demand for oil,further improving the efficiency of crude oil extraction has become an important task for current oilfield development and construction.Henan Oilfields are mostly loose sandstone reservoirs,which have been restricted by geological conditions such as high sand content and low permeability for a long time.During the oil production process,the fluid supply capacity of the formation and the pumping capacity of the formation will not match the fluid level of the oil well.It directly affects the efficiency and energy consumption of jet pump oil extraction.It is of great significance to study the concentric jet pump intelligent oil extraction control system based on moving liquid level.Through the analysis and research of the jet pump oil extraction and sand discharge process and its equipment in Henan Oilfield and the influence of the fluid level change of the oil well on the jet pump oil extraction process,the requirements of the jet pump intelligent oil extraction control system were determined,and combined with the jet pump oil extraction control principle In the research,a fuzzy control strategy-based oil well dynamic liquid level control method is proposed,and a concentric jet pump intelligent oil production control system based on the dynamic liquid level is designed,so that the jet pump oil and sand discharge operation is always carried out within a reasonable oil well dynamic liquid level range.The system is mainly composed of oil well dynamic liquid level monitor,frequency converter,intelligent oil production controller and host computer monitoring platform.In terms of hardware,the intelligent oil recovery controller uses STM32F103RET6 as the main control chip,and has designed the power supply circuit,external storage circuit,start-stop control circuit,RS485 communication circuit and 4G wireless network transmission circuit,etc.And the main hardware equipment and the host computer monitoring platform were selected.On the software,the Keil u Vision5 integrated development environment is used to write the program of each function module,including the main program,data reading program,dynamic liquid level control program and start-stop control program,etc.Use the Qt Creator integrated development environment and My SQL database to complete the development of the upper software of the intelligent oil production control system,which can calculate,store and dynamically display the real-time production data of oil wells,as well as the issuance of control instructions,and finally realize the intelligent control of the jet pump oil production process.The actual application effect of the concentric jet pump intelligent oil production control system based on the moving liquid level in Henan Oilfield shows that the system can operate stably and reliably,and realizes the real-time collection of oil well production data,wireless network transmission,calculation and storage,as well as remote monitoring and oil well dynamics.Functions such as liquid level control reduce the cost of crude oil extraction.The control of the moving liquid level of the oil well plays an important role in improving the efficiency of oil and sand discharge of the jet pump and the fluid production of the oil well.It satisfies the demand for intelligent oil production control of the jet pump and has typical application value in the development of loose sandstone reservoirs.
