With the proposal of German Industry 4.0 and the US Industrial Internet plan,smart manufacturing has become a research hotspot in the global manufacturing industry.For this reason,China has formulated the "Made in China 2025" plan,which focuses on the integration of the two industries,aiming to complete upgrade.As a manufacturing execution system connecting the bottom control system and the upper decision system,MES is an important part of intelligent manufacturing.As the concept of smart manufacturing becomes more and more popular,enterprises use MES extensively,and have expected to achieve high-efficiency,high-quality,high-consistency production goals.However,many MES implementation and application effects can not meet expectations.The research in this article is not just the study of the standard functional modules of the MES system,but more importantly,based on the industrial knowledge and manufacturing experience of the forged aluminum alloy wheel industry,using new technologies derived from the industry,so that MES can truly land in the forged aluminum alloy wheel enterprise.In view of the difficulties of large-scale forging equipment operation and maintenance,chaotic production scheduling and scheduling,and imperfect quality traceability system in the process of forging aluminum alloy wheel enterprise information construction,this paper studies the cloud platform-based equipment remote operation and maintenance system,based on push-pull and lean Production:method,single-piece quality traceability technology based on laser engraving and scanning.And the above research results are applied to the production site of forged aluminum alloy wheels,and good results have been achieved.The main research work of this article is as follows:(1)In view of the characteristics of heavy assets,heavy tonnage,complex large-scale equipment maintenance manufacturers,long maintenance cycle,high maintenance price,and difficult maintenance,based on MES equipment management module,combined with cloud platform and remote operation and maintenance technology,build a cloud platform equipment remote operation and maintenance system.Use the dynamic IP analysis technology based on the cloud platform to open up the channel for plc data upload and command delivery.The data buffer technology based on the edge layer is used to ensure the stable and efficient operation of the cloud database.Based on the application of the above technology,the system is connected to the equipment manufacturer team and the industry expert team for remote diagnosis of high-end faults in large equipment,providing a new idea and new solution for large equipment maintenance.(2)Relying on the actual production of forged aluminum alloy wheels,combining push production method and pull production method,a lean production and control model based on forged aluminum alloy wheel manufacturing execution system is proposed,and the combination of push and pull production ways to achieve prior control of long-term planning and mid-term execution control of short-term daily operation planning.Using MRP and manufacturing BOM,the decomposition of multi-order operation plan is realized.Based on the premise of completing the tasks of the work center and the principle of economic batch,a multi-unit decision-making mathematical model is established to achieve multi-unit,discrete lean production.(3)Aimed at the effect of surface oxidation on the quality of engraving during the forging and heat treatment of hot aluminum alloy wheels,analyzes the principle of laser engraving,gives the optimal range of power and overlap rate during laser cleaning,and improves the recognition rate of scanning;Using the combination of physical code and virtual code to ensure the continuity and integrity of traceability information;Using a single piece of code with a unique identification mark,combined with detailed real-time data and historical curves of the production process,to quickly lock and accurate defective products.The module function and application effect of the enterprise project manufacturing execution system are introduced in detail.
