With the continuous enhancement of people's health awareness,food safety has become a hot topic of concern.Pork is the main non-staple food in People's Daily life,and its safety and quality are concerned by the majority of people.Unsafe raw pork products not only endanger the health of consumers,but also cause economic and brand losses to enterprises.Therefore,it is particularly important to strengthen the supervision on the quality and safety of raw pork products and build a traceability system for raw pork safety in line with China's national conditions.Through dynamic real-time collection and storage of pig growth information,disease information,drug prevention and control information,processing information,transportation information,sales and other information,an information-based,networked and intelligent pork traceability cloud platform is constructed.Deploy the application system on the basis of the unified database to ensure the sharing and integration of data resources.Intelligent management and monitoring of the whole hog industry chain.To achieve the development of the live pig industry accurate,intensive,high-yield,efficient,ecological,safe,controllable information goals,to achieve the safety supervision of pork from the production source to the table.The research contents of this paper are as follows:1.By analyzing the specific processes of each link of the live pigs industry chain from infant breeding to raw pork sales,the key traceability information of each link is determined on the basis of field research and in accordance with relevant laws and regulations,and the functions of information search,addition,editing,deletion and pig farm data monitoring are realized.2.Complete demand analysis of the pork traceability cloud platform,and realize data collection and scientific supervision of pig production,slaughtering,transportation and sales.Completing the overall system architecture design,system function design,coding scheme design and traceability information database design.3.The Internet of Things technology can be used to connect the information of place of origin,slaughtering,logistics and trading links,and construct the traceability code of raw pork products.From the perspective of traceability of pork product quality and safety,the information of immunization and medication in feeding link,slaughtering and processing,and quality inspection in transportation and sales process can be traced.To ensure that consumers can buy safe and secure pork products.The purpose of this study is to strengthen the safety control of pig meat quality and build a convenient,fast and reliable traceability platform for raw pork products.Provide data support for pig breeding enterprises,promote the standardized operation of pig farms,realize the intelligent management of each link of the pig industry chain,and promote the pig farms and other enterprises in the pig industry chain to achieve better economic and social benefits.At the same time,users can buy safe raw pork products.
