In recent years,emerge in an endless stream food safety problems,the safety of table has received widespread attention from all walks of life.As the most important staple food in the table,the quality and safety of rice has become a common concern and problems to be solved.With the rapid development of Internet of things technology,wireless sensor technology,large data processing technology and intelligent terminal,not only bringing convenience to people's daily life,but also becoming a computer network imagebetween the human and the things,in order to realize of agricultural information technology,and the intelligence.Through the organic combination of technology,agricultural products get a more accurate and detailed data in the production,processing,quality inspection,packaging,management,transportation and other sectors,but also the type of data generated by the more diversified and complete information acquisition chain makes the amount of data in the future will be exponentially rising trend,it is the problem that nothing more than a traditional storage platform we must solve.Today,the data is money,analysis of the collection and storage of these large amounts of data,and dig out valuable information in which,through the analysis of the data,to provide decision-making basis for the production and sales,thus expanding the agricultural production and the visibility of the enterprise,the "wisdom of agriculture" introduced to the production of agricultural products.For this reason,this paper takes Hunchun city of Jilin Province as an example to study the information construction of grain production.It uses ZigBee technology,RFID radio frequency identification technology,remote monitoring,rice quality image detection technology,combined with Petri network model to design a rice monitoring and quality traceability system.The system mainly includes the subsystem of four aspects: personnel management system,farming records and remote monitoring system,rice quality inspection system,inventory transportation tracking system.In this paper,the detailed functional analysis and technical design and implementation are carried out,and the corresponding results are tested.In the practical application,it can provide a rich experience and reliable basis for the research and development of the whole process monitoring and traceability of rice production.System is the main innovation of this paper lies in the design of the Zigbee technology application as a key technology to the design of traceability system,and the use of remote monitoring technology for the entire monitoring of planting environment,the rice quality division and the establishment of Petri net model of reverse derivation problems with rice quality inspection system,timely find problems link,greatly improve the qualified rate of rice quality,at the same time networking platform with the WeChat platform combination,to provide consumers with the purchase of rice traceability information inquiries convenient way,the traceability information system used in real life to create a food safety supervision of the national production chain.
