Study On The Construction Of Institutional System Of Ecological Civilization Construction In China In The New Era

For more than 40 years of reform and opening up,China has achieved great accomplishments in its development,which attracts worldwide attention achievements,significantly increased its overall national strength and made unprecedented progress in economic,political,and cultural aspects.However,with the deepening of industrialization and urbanization,the contradictions and conflicts between environmenta l protection and economic development have become increasingly prominent,severely restricting economic development and affecting humanity's production and life.In the face of increasingly severe ecological and environmental problems and changes in the principal contradiction of Chinese society,China has attached great importance to the construction of ecological civilization since the new era.The leadership of the Communist Party of China with Xi Jinping as the core has made overall arrangements for building ecological civilization,incorporated ecological progress into the five-sphere integrated plan and integrated it into the whole process of the four major constructions,in order to modernizing China's system and capacity for ecological environment governance,building the beautiful China together and achieving national rejuvenation.The construction of the system of ecological civilization construction is a complex and systematic project.This paper for the new era of ecological civilization construct ion in our country system is composed of four parts.The first part explains the background and significance of this thesis.Through sorting and analyzing the current research status at domestic and overseas,the research ideas and methods of this thesis and the innovations of this article are put forward.The second part analyzes the situation of the system construction of ecological civilization construction in China,including a chievements,problems and causes.The experiences of the United Kingdom,the United States,Japan and France on the construction of ecological environmental protection system are expounded in the third part,what's more,it summarizes the inspirations of international experience,which are beneficial to the construction of ecological civilization system in China.It expounds the principles that the construction of ecological civilization construction in new era should be followed at the last parts.Moreover,trying to be able to provide multi-angle,all-round and feasible measures and suggestions for ecological civilization construction system construction in the new era,it explores countermeasures from the aspects of ecological protection and restoration,legal construction,supervision and management,public participation,market mechanism,administrative management and ecology Cooperation under the guidance of Xi Jinping's ecological civilization thoughts.Through the above measures the most strictest system for ecological and environmental protection will be established,which provides a solid guarantee for the orderly advancement of ecological civilization construction and helps build the beautiful China.It makes clearly that China is ready to offer Chinese wisdom and Chinese approach to global ecological governance,work with all other countries to care the beautiful home and build a community with a shared future for mankind.
