With the continuation of mining in Chengchao Iron Mine,Mining depth is deepening.There are series of problems in Chengchao Iron Mine: large blasting block existing and large rate too high seriously affect the stope production efficiency and increase the ore dilution rate and loss rate.Stope production cost is too high,restricting the development of mines.How to reduce the average lumpiness,large rate,the production cost of the stope,realize efficient mining economy becomes a great problem that the Chenchao Iron is facing.Therefore,the topic is a major researcher on the blasting quality of Chenchao Iron refinery,the average lumpiness is reduced and the rate of blasting chunk is reduced and the production cost of the stope is reduced by optimizing the blasting parameters,the main research work is as follows:First,according to the production practice of Chenchao Iron refinery,we can analyze the blasting quality in Chenchao Iron refinery by using grey relation theory,select the most sensitive factors that affect the quality of blasting,and determine the reasonable value range of the most sensitivity factors.Second,Chenchao Iron refinery stope production cost model is set up by analyzing the influence factors of the stope production costs;Third,we can conduct an equivalent conversion on KUZ-RAM model combined the Chenchao Iron's actual situation to introduce the model in the underground mine;Fourth,according to the improved KUZ-RAM model,the stope production cost optimization model is established,using MATLAB computer software can realize the selection of the optimal value to optimize the blasting parameters;Fifth:constructive measures are put forward for the future production,increase productivity,reduce production costs to ensure the blasting quality of chenchao iron refinery.The results indicate that,in the bottom of the hole is apart from a = 2.26 m,theminimum resistance line w = 2.32 m,specific charge q = 1.53 kg/m3,the stope C minimum production cost,minimum stope production cost is 9.48 yuan/t,this time an average lumpiness of 41.4 cm,large rate of 2.8%,satisfies the requirement of blasting fragmentation.The research results for the future of Chenchao Iron refinery production practical guiding significance,at the same time can also be for similar underground mines give some reference to the optimization of blasting parameters.
