After more than 60 years of development,China's die-casting machine products have been widely used in various fields of production and life.The application of die-casting machine improves the efficiency of die-casting,saves labor force,brings profits for enterprises and convenience for consumers.A considerable number of die-casting machines have been eliminated due to reaching the upper limit of service life or backward technology and performance,and some of them are idle because they can not meet the use requirements after major repair,which provides development opportunities for die-casting machine remanufacturing.Repair process is the key link of remanufacturing and one of the technologies reflecting remanufacturing level.There are many uncertain factors(such as residual life,failure characteristics,etc.)in the waste die casting machine,which lead to a variety of remanufacturing process routes.It is beneficial to improve the production efficiency and reduce the cost to select the appropriate process route and optimize it.Therefore,it is of practical significance to study and optimize the remanufacturing process route of die casting machine.In the final analysis,remanufacturing of die-casting machine is the remanufacturing of various waste parts and components which have the value of reuse.This paper discusses the transition from the whole machine to the parts and components,and takes XT260 horizontal cold chamber die-casting machine and its parts and components as the main analysis object for in-depth study.First of all,the feasibility of remanufacturing the waste die casting machine is analyzed from three aspects of technology,economy and environment.In this part,the qualitative and quantitative methods are used to determine the evaluation indexes,and the weight coefficients of each evaluation index are determined by AHP,and an evaluation model based on the experience of relevant technicians is established for the evaluation results.Secondly,the demand and function of remanufacturing die casting machine are analyzed and the main technical parameters are determined.From the perspective of the whole machine,the remanufacturing process planning,scheme design and evaluation are carried out.Then,a multi-level optimization framework for remanufacturing process of die casting machine parts is established.The process of remanufacturing waste parts is divided into three parts: the first part is failure feature analysis,including failure feature extraction based on fault tree,damage model acquisition,etc.;the second part is to generate initial repair scheme based on rule-based reasoning;the third part is to build mathematical model and solve it through GA,that is,to get the most time and cost Equipment combination and remanufacturing sequence in miniaturization.Finally,taking the large bar of xt260 horizontal cold chamber die casting machine as an example,the optimization method of remanufacturing process route proposed in this paper is verified by MATLAB software,and the full text is summarized and prospected.
