With the increasing development of new energy,the importance of hydrogen energy as a clean and non polluting renewable energy is self-evident.The storage and transportation of hydrogen energy is an important factor affecting its widespread use.Hydrogen storage alloys can store hydrogen efficiently at normal temperature,so it is very important to study the properties of hydrogen storage alloys.In this paper,the PCT properties of hydrogen storage alloys are tested and analyzed.The main research work are as follows:(1)The research on hydrogen energy storage and transportation,hydrogen storage alloy and hydrogen storage alloy performance testing device is carried out,so as to clarify the research direction of this paper.(2)Based on a set of digital control PCT curve automatic test system for hydrogen storage alloy,the PCT properties of hydrogen absorption and desorption reaction of hydrogen storage alloy are measured and recorded,which provides real and effective data for the subsequent calculation of PCT curve of hydrogen storage alloy.(3)The state equation of different real gases is analyzed and the molar volume is solved,and the accuracy of the calculation results is verified with the data of National Institute of Standards and Technology.(4)Based on the experimental data,the PCT curve of hydrogen storage alloy is drawn,analyzed and discussed.The error of the hydrogen absorption and desorption capacity calculated by the gas equation of state is corrected by the least square method,so as to obtain more accurate PCT curve of hydrogen storage alloy.Through drawing PCT curve of hydrogen storage alloy measured data,and modifying PCT curve of hydrogen storage according to the correction method proposed in this paper,the validity and accuracy of the research content in this paper are verified,which can provide a strong reference for the subsequent research of hydrogen storage alloy performance.
