With the aggravation of energy consumption,the problem of environmental pollution is becoming more and more serious.Fossil fuels are highly polluting and cannot meet people's demand for low-carbon,non-toxic and other environmental protection.At present,the global energy structure is gradually adjusted.Hydrogen energy has the characteristics of pollution-free,high efficiency and abundant reserves,which has attracted much attention.At present,China is developing hydrogen fuel vehicle application technology in accordance with the national conditions,and selecting appropriate high-performance hydrogen storage alloy is the key to this technologyThis project focuses on the development of the H2PCT-1153 three-channel hydrogen storage alloy performance test system.The main research contents are as follows:1.The principle of PCT test and the principle of hydrogen absorption and desorption dynamics test are studied and analyzed,and the gas circuit structure of the test device is designed.The experimental results prove that the air circuit structure of the three-channel device is reasonable and can meet the requirements of detection principle2.On the basis of mastering other algorithms such as volume calibration,Jacobi iteration and Gauss-Seidel iteration,a calibration algorithm for sample chamber replacement is proposed.The experimental results prove that the time of recalculating volume after changing the sample chamber is 20 times shorter and the calibration precision is higher.3.On the basis of mastering the detection principle,the control structure of the detection device is designed.The experimental results prove that the completed test device can respond to various instructions quickly and accurately,and can successfully complete various test tasks.4.Based on the detection principle and the control principle of the device,a new testing software framework is designed and other auxiliary programs are developed.It is proved that the new test software framework improves the development efficiency of the test program and the auxiliary program makes the test software more intelligent.5.Studied and analyzed all kinds of problems caused by device debugging,and provided solutions.The experimental results prove that the adjusted detection device can run smoothly and efficiently.Through repeated testing of various alloys,the three-channel testing device can correctly and accurately obtain the properties of hydrogen storage alloys.
