Case Study On Enterprise Logistics Management

Railway logistics plays an important role in the transportation system of petroleum products in China.With the development of economy,the management level and informatization application level of the company's railway transportation department have been improved.However,some existing problems of L company have affected the reduction of the refined oil transportation's cost and the increase of the railway transportation's capacity.Taking advantage of the existing railway transportation resources and the concept of low cost,L company carried out the optimization design.This optimization scheme can not only realize the modernization of railway logistics and transportation,but also tap out the "third source of profit" which can become a new economic growth point.First,article expounds the research background,research purpose and research significance of L company's refined oil in railway transportation,summarizes the research status and achievements in this field at home and abroad.In this paper,the research methods and the main framework of this paper are determined according to the research situation of domestic and foreign scholars on enterprise logistics management.The relevant theories of railway transportation in enterprises are provided for the convenience of the research work in the following paper.The paper then analyzes the L company's railway logistics transportation from four aspects:capacity of transportation and handing,management and organization mode,the combination of transportation operation process and informatization,the total expenditure of railway transportation.DEMATEL model is used to screen and calculate the key factors of L company's railway transportation on the basis of railway traffic organization theory,logistics management theory and objective management theory,which provides a specific direction for the following optimization analysis.Finally,the paper starts from the three key factors which are operation process integration,logistics transportation informatization and enterprise internal organization mode,in order to achieve reduce logistics costs and expand railway transportation capacity as the goal.A plan is established,which is mainly based on the integrated railway transportationlogistics management system framework and supplemented by the lean management and organization model.This scheme provides theoretical basis and practical guidance for improving the overall benefits of the L company's railway transportation.
