In recent years,railway logistics companies have continued to open up the logistics market for railway automobile transportation,and the volume of railway shipments has continued to increase.However,traditional security management adopts such methods as document transmission and regular inspections,and the degree of informatization is generally low.It is difficult to find and eliminate safety hazards in the process of loading and unloading.This may become a bottleneck restricting the development of railway automobile transportation.This thesis analyzes the research status of security risk management at home and abroad,the characteristics of railroad truck transportation operations,and the needs of transportation companies for security risk management.A design scheme for railroad truck loading and unloading risk management information system using web-end(B/S mode)and mobile(C/S mode)is proposed in this thesis.The system combines security management with actual production management to achieve the transfer of security information.This approach can increase the efficiency of corporate security information delivery and feedback.In addition,the system can make full use of logistics information,operator information,equipment information,and environmental information for comprehensive analysis,and realize safety early warning functions such as job fatigue and operating condition defects.In this thesis,the necessity and feasibility analysis of the system development is carried out.And this thesis analyzes the system requirements from three aspects: the system demand analysis is carried out from three aspects: business requirements,performance requirement and constraints.Finally,the thesis dissertation describes the system's overall design,technical architecture,network architecture,function module design,the core function design,database design and other aspects,for laying a foundation for the development of the system implementation in the future.
