As the main means of underground transportation of ore and material,mine electric locomotive plays a very important role in underground transportation.There are many benefits to realize the unmanned mine electric locomotive.On the one hand,it can improve the efficiency of ore transportation and cost down.On the other hand,it can reduce the unnecessary casualties of locomotive operators when dangerous accidents happen.This paper systematically studied and discussed the key technologies in the development of unmanned equipment of mine electric locomotive: wireless communication network construction,mine electric locomotive positioning,mine electric locomotive transportation task scheduling and distribution,motor speed loop PID controller parameter setting of electric locomotive,monitoring system design of upper computer:Stable and reliable wireless network communication is the foundation of mine unmanned realization.First,this paper introduces the design requirements of the wireless communication system of mine unmanned electric locomotive monitoring system.According to the specific requirements the wireless communication architecture be constructed.Through the network communication test of underground field environment,the layout plan of underground wireless base station and terminal is obtained through the test results,and the communication system of unmanned electric locomotive is established in the underground to provide a stable and reliable wireless network for the data transmission of monitoring system.To master the position information of the locomotive in real time is the key to the unmanned driving of the locomotive.Radio frequency identification technology is used to provide the real-time position feedback of the underground position of the locomotive.Through the anti-jamming test of RFID under special environment,the positioning accuracy of RFID under the interference condition is obtained.Taking the above test results into consideration,a positioning system adapting to the complex underground environment is established.The scheduling optimization of locomotive transportation task can effectively improve the transportation efficiency.Based on the description of the locomotive transportation problem and the underground environment,a scientific mathematical model is established.This paper briefly introduces the principle of ant colony optimization algorithm and k-opt algorithm,proposes an improved ant colony optimization algorithm combined with k-opt algorithm.Through improved algorithm to optimize underground transportation task dispatching,on the premise of meet the constraint condition of electric locomotive driving distance and lowest cost shortest.The simulation experiment was carried out by Matlab,the experimental results show that the improved ant colony algorithm can divide transportation tasks,in guarantee under the premise of traffic,shorten the distance,improve transport efficiency.Frequent uphill and downhill of electric locomotive requires the motor of electric locomotive to have good speed regulation performance,while the parameter selection of traditional PID controller is very difficult.To solve this problem,a modified pigeon-inspired optimization algorithm is proposed to set the parameters of the PID controller of electric locomotive’s speed loop.The Powell algorithm was combined with the pigeon-inspired optimization algorithm.The basic pigeon-inspired optimization algorithm,the difference algorithm and the simulate annealing algorithm to optimize the reference function respectively.The optimization results show that the improved algorithm has higher search accuracy and faster convergence than the original algorithm and the difference algorithm.The improved algorithm was used to adjust the PID control parameters,and the simulation experiment was carried out by Simulink.The experimental results showed that the controller optimized by the improved pigeon-inspired optimization algorithm had faster response speed and smaller overshoot and excellent control performance compared with Z-N method.The monitoring system software of mine electric locomotive is the communication link between the monitoring system and dispatching personnel.Based on C# programming language and SQL Server 2012 database,this paper designs the monitoring software of mine unmanned electric locomotive.The monitoring software mainly includes three parts: data collection and upload,database operation and human-machine interface display.The designed monitoring software is simple in man-machine operation,stable and reliable in operation,and can meet the monitoring needs of unmanned electric locomotive.
