The coke-making furnace group generally contains a plurality of furnace chambers on a same line.Therefore,coke oven locomotives distributed on both sides of the coke oven,have a long operating distance and frequent reciprocations.When pushing coke,the coke pusher,furnace doors on both sides,coke guide and coke quenching car must be aligned.However,occluded by the furnace chamber located between the locomotives,staff can not see each other,which increases the difficulty of alignment.In addition,on-site environmental conditions such as high ambient temperature,heavy dust,and frequent self-vibration make it difficult to accurately align coke oven locomotives.So there have been serious accidents called "red coke landing" at home and abroad,because of the three vehicles’ alignment deviation.These accidents caused varying degrees of casualties and property losses.Therefore,the positioning of coke oven locomotives has become a relatively large part of the hidden dangers of coke production.To reduce the safety hazards in the coke production process,the positioning accuracy of the coke oven locomotive must be improved as much as possible.At the same time,the positioning system should adapt to harsh working conditions,which means that the possibility of a large positioning error due to the change of environmental factors should be minimized.This article aims to improve the positioning accuracy and the system’s environmental adaptability.The RFID technology is used to position the coke oven locomotive coarsely,and the output characteristics of the Hall elements are used to position the coke oven locomotive precisely.We designed a locomotive positioning device and built a positioning experiment platform.A filtering method based on curve fitting is used to improve the positioning accuracy,and a neural network algorithm is developed to correct the temperature drift of the system.Finally,through the experimental verification,the positioning accuracy of this system can be basically controlled within the range of-1 to 1mm.In addition,the positioning device has a strong robustness to temperature,which is the main factor that affects system stability in the environment.
