Printing is a process to print the patterns on the surface of the fabric with dyes or paints.all printing such as batik,transfer printing,flat screen printing,rotary screen printing and digital printing were single-sided printing for fabric.However,with the improvement of people's life and aesthetics,the single form of expression could not satisfy people's consumption needs.The disadvantages of traditional single-sided printing such as rewinding,dewing and positive contrast became more and more prominent.Therefore,various methods were used such as dyed first and then printed,tie dyed,flat and rotary screen double-sided printing method to print patterns on both sides of the fabric to solve these problems.These were the early double-sided printing technology,but the problems such as complex process,difficult operation,poor stable product quality and environmental question were existing.The double-sided digital ink-jet printing was developed in this article,which was a double-sided digital printing of fabric by combining computer and printing technology to solve the above problems.The specific research contents and results were as follows:Part ?:Optimization and application properties of printing paste for double-sided printing fabric.Four kinds of printing paste included seaweed pulp,blend pulp of seaweed and D,AD pulp and 4019 pulp,six monochromes and four mixed color dyes were used for six kinds of fabric double-sided inkjet printing,these fabric were 22mm twill?18mm twill?14mm twill?16mm crepe satin plain?14mm crepe satin plain and 10mm chiffon.The effects of the type of printing pastes on color yield and dye permeability of double-sided printing fabric were studied,and the printing paste used for double-sided printing was optimized.The factors influencing the stability of printing paste were studied,the effects of container surface area and ambient temperature on the volatility of printing paste were studied,and the environment for the storage place for printing paste was optimized.The effects of sizing roller pressure and pulp position on the sizing uniformity of fabric were studied,the effects of sizing rate of fabric and preservation environment of sized fabric on the color of double-sided printing fabric were studied,and the technology and environment for fabric double-sided printing were optimized.The results showed that:4019 pulp was the most suitable printing paste for double-sided digital printing fabric among the selected four printing paste.It was found that the stability of printing paste varies greatly with the temperature of the placing environment and placing time,so it should be placed in a sealed environment with a temperature of 20-27?,the placed pulp should be full stirred uniformity before being used.The pressure on both sides of the sizing roller was bigger than that of the middle,the high level sizing position could make up for the non-uniformity of the pulp volume caused by the roll pressure to some extent.The sized fabrics should be stored in a dry environment,and it was helpful to improve the color stability of the fabricPart ?:Optimization of equipment for double-sided ink-jet printing and the study on technology of double-sided ink-jet printing.Double-sided ink-jet printing was one of the effective methods to solve the problem of rewinding,dewing,positive contrast and patterns bleeding,and it was an effective way to expand the design intention of printing fabric and the diversity of product styles.The equipment system of the two printing methods of double-sided ink-jet printing was optimized,and it was determined to use the two-step method for double-sided digital ink-jet printing of fabric.In order to ensure the same pattern on both sides of the printed fabric,the ink-jet density curve,color conversion ICC curve and gray conversion curve of common fabrics were studied.With the hardware and software control system of the printer,the printed patterns on the front of the fabric was scanned by the camera,the computer positioning technique,mirror pattern technique and fabric reverse positioning jet-printing technology were used to realize the double-sided digital ink-jet printing.Part ?:Study on the technology of postprocessing for double-sided digital printed fabric.In order to improve the fixation of dye on the surface of the fiber and make the color of double-sided digital printed fabrics more bright colored,all of the fastness indexes meet the requirements,the influence of the steaming and washing post-treatment factors on the color yield,color difference and color fastness of the double-sided digital printed fabric were studied,and the post-treatment conditions of the double-sided digital printed fabric were optimized.The results showed that:When the double-sided digital printing fabric was steaming,cotton guide cloth should be padded on both sides of the printed fabric to prevent being stained.The color uniformity of the printed fabric steamed by continuous steamer was better,but the color difference on the right side of the steamer was slightly larger.The temperature and humidity state of the steamer had a great influence on coloring of the dye(especially the sensitive color of dye),and the steaming time should be well controlled for the sensitive color.It was advisable to place the fabric in the drying room for 10-45 min after printing.The open width washing was better for water washing of double-sided digital printed fabric,the color difference was smaller,the pattern color was stable,and the cloth surface was flat,the color difference of rope washing was a little larger,there were wrinkles to washed fabric,but its shrinkage and hand feel were better.The research showed that:the fabric can meet the requirements of double-sided digital ink-jet printing after pretreatment through the pretreatment method of flat sizing with 4019 pulp.The double-sided printing of fabric could be realized well by using the digital printing method of printing one side first and then the other and combining with the camera technology,computer intelligent identification technology,big data analysis and comparison.The double-sided printed fabric could meet the requirements of color fastness by steaming with cotton guide cloth at 102? for 15 minutes and washing with open width for two times.
