The maximum absorption wavelength of reactive dye ink was determined.The changes of ink absorbency,viscosity,pH value and the K/S value of fabric dyeing with time were compared.The storage stability and thermal stability of the ink were discussed.The process of Tencel and modal fabric digital printing were optimized.Color density curve of Tencel fabric in different total amount of ink were corrected,and ICC color corresponding management curve was remade.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)In a certain period of time,the absorbance of eight kinds of reactive dye ink and the K/S value after fabric dyeing had no significant change.The value of pH remained unchanged after 14 days of storage at 60?,the maximum viscosity change rate was 7.7%,and the storage stability and thermal stability of the ink were good.(2)Tencel fabric inkjet printing pretreatment optimized slurry formulation is sodium alginate2.5%,sodium bicarbonate 2%,urea 10%,sodium sulfate 4%,steam for 102 steam 15 min.Modal fabric inkjet printing pretreatment optimized slurry formulation is sodium alginate 2%,sodium bicarbonate 1.5%,urea 8%,sodium sulfate 3%,steaming conditions of 102? under steam 15 min.The fixation rate of the two fabrics after printing is 58.1% and 69.2% respectively.The fastness of the two fabrics can reach above 3~4 grade,and the whiteness decreases slightly.(3)For the Tencel fabric used in the experiment,the corrected color density curve most close to the theoretical curve when the total ink quantity is 200%.The color print pattern is high,bright color,flower type outline clear,strong sense of hierarchy,the original color reduction degree is greatly improved with the optimized printing process and the remade color management curve.
