Ingredients as the key point of metallurgy,chemical industry,and concrete mixing station.The accuracy of the batching is directly relate to the quality of the product as well as the production of the product and benefit of the company.The precision of the batching affects the utilization ratio of raw materials and also affects the disposal cost of late waste.Basing on the analysis of the batching process and the specific control requirements,the system adopts the control form that contains both the computer and PLC which as the lower computer.The iterative control algorithm and compensation were successfully used to control the batching error and make it possible to come true in the PLC programmer.The Ethernet switches ETH-BUS makes it possible to realize the real-time data exchanging between PLC and WINCC.Finally,design a blueprint of the interface.The system successfully manages the data and monitors the whole process.Also,the system makes the redundancy compensation to the batching error and improves the batching accuracy.The actual operation shows that the system was very stable,basically achieved full automation and had the value to spread.This paper mainly includes the following several aspects:1.Combining the batching process of ferrosilicon and requirements of the manufacturer and the research of the circumstance,and comparing a variety of control scheme,establish a control plan which industrial PC as the upper management machine and the PLC as the lower control machine as well as the weighing instrument.2.Analyzed the principle of hopper scale and batching mechanism.Against the contradictions between accuracy and efficiency of ingredients in the process of weighing,established the mathematical model of the batching process,and has made the detailed analysis of mathematical model.3.According the process of this kind of continuous operation,established a rational control program by adopting the iteration self-learning control algorithm and redundancy error compensation algorithm to optimize the error.According to the requirements of the factory,made a further optimization program to compress the process time and improve the efficiency.4.According to the control requirements and scheme,chose the hardware of the system.And described the technical parameters of the main components,and described both the way and model of setup.5.Adopting field bus technology to build a reliable and fast communication structure and design a reasonable application of communication.According to the control requirement designed the control program of lower computer and the program of upper monitor screen and parameter setting as well as fault interface,etc.Described the detail that should be pay attention to when you debugging the equipment.
