As a kind of inorganic microstructure,the application of crystal structure in the bionic design of furniture can increase the effect of furniture modeling and achieve the requirements of lightweight.This paper takes the crystal structure as the research object of bionic design,and divides the research into four parts:first,it analyzes the crystal structure and bionic design on the basis of relevant data,and explores its advantages in modern technology,and puts forward the assumption that the crystal structure is applied in furniture design.Secondly,the definition and classification of crystal structure,its structure characteristics and its development and application are summarized by literature,and the basic elements and design methods of crystal structure application in bionic design are analyzed.The third is to use the control variable method through the single-factor simulation study of the bionic design of the crystal structure of the mechanical properties of the joint,including L,T and cruciform and other common connection,to find the influence of various factors on the structural strength of the results and rules.Fourth,the types of chair furnture are analyzed and summarized,and the bionic crystal structure is applied to the design practice of chair furniture,and the relevant design principles and methods are verified.The above research shows that the crystal structure,as the inorganic microstructure,can be applied to the innovative design of furniture through the research of modeling and structure design.This study provides a certain theoretical basis for bionic chair furniture design,and provides relevant reference and ideas for future furniture design theory and practice research.
