Research On Quality Control Of CC Oil Depot Phase ? Extension Project

The consumption growth of refined oil in China slows down year by year,and the marketization process of refined oil is advancing year by year,which leads to the increasingly fierce competition of domestic refined oil market.PetroChina is gradually optimizing the product oil inventory and distribution structure,building and expanding the product oil dynamic transfer depot and reserve oil depot.It is planned to expand the CC oil depot in JL province in order to maintain and increase the market share in the province,enhance the regulation capacity of refined oil and stabilize the supply capacity.Through the following five parts,with the help of advanced quality control theory and methods at home and abroad,this paper studies the quality control of the second phase expansion project of the CC oil depot.Make quality control requirements,design quality control programs,and put forward safeguards.In the first part,the background,research purpose and significance of the second phase expansion project of CC oil depot are introduced.Through the study of the research status of quality control of engineering projects at home and abroad,the content of this study,the research methods needed and the overall research ideas are determined.In the second part,the related concepts and theories of oil depot construction projects and the commonly used theoretical models in quality control are introduced and analyzed.The third part introduces the situation of the second expansion project of CC oil depot through the survey of the second expansion project of CC oil depot,the main quantity of the project and the quality control requirements.Through the five aspects of "human,material,art,environment and machinery",the quality control requirements are put forward for the second phase expansion project of CC oil depot.The fourth part,through the construction quality control requirements proposed in the third part,studies and formulates quality control schemes for the three stages of project preparation,implementation and completion.In the fifth part,according to the quality control plan of five aspects in the third stage of the project formulated in the fourth part,the quality control guarantee measures for each stage of the second expansion project of CC oil depot are put forward.
