Now the development of the economy affects every industry.Facing the challenge of economic globalization,the textile industry needs to change the previous production mode which is dominated by manual operation and improve the overall production technology level.Bobbin packaging as a key process in the textile process,the corresponding intelligent equipment has a very broad market prospect.Therefore,a lot of automatic bobbin packaging equipment is produced.Due to the complicated structure of the existing bobbin yarn packaging equipment,if there is a failure,the maintenance personnel need to spend a lot of time to find the cause of the failure,which will seriously delay the production schedule and affect the work efficiency of the whole equipment Applying fault diagnosis expert system to bobbin yarn packaging equipment is a method to improve the efficiency of automatic production packaging of bobbin yarn,and for a complex production equipment,in addition to ensuring that each module has a low failure rate,fault diagnosis is also very necessary.In this paper,a fault diagnosis expert system is designed to solve the problem of long time and difficulty in fault treatment of bobbin packaging equipment.The specific work is as follows:1.List common system failures.According to the structural characteristics of the bobbin yarn packaging equipment and the accumulated fault data,the common failures of the equipment are listed,and the causes and consequences of the failures are analyzed 2.Determine the architecture and functional composition of the fault diagnosis system.According to the actual situation,the fault diagnosis system is based on the traditional expert system architecture,and PLC control network is integrated into the fault diagnosis system to enhance the information acquisition and diagnosis ability of the fault system.Considering that it is not accurate to construct fault diagnosis solely based on expert knowledge,quantitative analysis algorithm is integrated into it to improve the reliability of diagnosis by combining qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis.3.Upper interface design.WINCC PROFESSIONAL,the upper programming software of Siemens,is used to design the corresponding upper interface according to the needs,so as to meet the needs of the use and maintenance of the diagnostic system.4.System simulation test.The simulation test is carried out by means of artificial fault simulation,and the actual effect of fault diagnosis is verified by simulation test.The designed fault diagnosis expert system is a diagnostic system for bobbin packaging equipment,and it has a good diagnostic ability for the common faults of its supporting bobbin packaging equipment.The problems in actual industrial production are considered in its design and implementation.The fault diagnosis ideas and realization methods can be used for reference in the design of fault diagnosis system of actual industrial production equipment.
