At present,the commonly used rolling gas reheating furnace in China is divided into three ways of heating combustion:one is the traditional conventional combustion mode,the second is the regenerative combustion mode,the third is the combination of the two combined combustion mode.The traditional heating method has uniform temperature control,but the waste heat recovery of flue gas is low,so the low calorific value blast furnace gas cannot be fully utilized.Heat storage combustion mode has the advantages of high energy saving rate,stable combustion flame,low NOx emission and full utilization of low calorific value gas,but there are also disadvantages of wide direction furnace temperature uniformity is worse than the traditional heating mode,so the application of large slab heating furnace is relatively cautious,in recent years began to be popularized;Combined combustion heating method combines the advantages of the two,which can not only give full play to the advantages of heat storage combustion,high efficiency,energy saving and low emissions,but also take into account the advantages of conventional heating slab heating temperature uniformity.Due to the limitation of insufficient supply of coke oven gas in 2050 rolling line of Xichang steel vanadium plate plant,under the condition of rich blast furnace gas,it is decided to adopt the conventional+ouble preheating regenerative combustion mode to make full use of the low calorific value blast furnace gas.Therefore,this study aimed at the field conditions and production process characteristics of plate factory of Xichang steel vanadium corporation,designed the parameters of 2050 rolling line heating furnace,optimized the furnace type structure,heat accumulator burner structure,reversing combustion control technology and vaporization cooling technology in the process of heating furnace construction,and gradually developed a heating system suitable for industrial production through debugging to ensure the stable operation of heating furnace.The following research results are obtained:(1)The application of the first combined combustion technology of conventional+double preheating and regenerative in plateau area of China in reheating furnace for strip rolling with width greater than 2000mm has been realized.(2)In the control design of regenerative combustion system of reheating furnace,the key parts and technologies such as external regenerative burner structure,sectional side centralized commutation control and two-way three-way commutation loading are optimized,which prolongs the service life of the system,improves the reliability and safety of operation,and reduces the maintenance work of heating furnace equipment.(3)Three-impulse control of drum water level was adopted to optimize the vaporization cooling process,which solved the problem of excessive fluctuation of drum liquid level,ensured the smooth operation of vaporization cooling system and guaranteed the normal operation of heating furnace.(4)For different types of products,different heating systems are established and gradually improved by controlling heating time and temperature of each heating section,which ensures the smooth operation of the furnace after commissioning.The research of this work has created considerable direct economic benefits for vanadium in Xichang Steel.
