In this paper,1,6-dibromohexane was reacted with N,N-dimethyl-n-octylamine and N,N-dimethyldodecylamine to prepare two kinds of quaternary ammonium antibacterial agents with different chain lengths(C8,C12);graft two quaternary ammonium salts of C8 and C12 with tannic acid to obtain two quaternized tannic acid antibacterial agents(QTA8,QTA12);use organic antibacterial agents chlorhexidine acetate,trichloride Health,antibiotics rifampicin,minocycline hydrochloride,the above antibacterial agent is blended with the TPU through the extruder,and the antibacterial modification of the TPU.The antibacterial properties,mechanical properties,biocompatibility and blood compatibility of the modified TPU materials were studied.The results are as follows:When the added amount of chlorhexidine acetate is 0.4%,TPU has obvious antibacterial activity against S.aureus;when the added amount of triclosan is 0.2%,it has antibacterial activity against S.aureus;when the amount was 0.3%,the antibacterial activity against S.aureus reached 100%.The addition of chlorhexidine acetate TPU showed no bacteriostatic zone,indicating that chlorhexidine acetate did not dissolve;triclosan,minocycline hydrochloride,and rifampin modified TPU produced bacteriostatic zone,indicating dissolution.The TPU added with chlorhexidine acetate,triclosan,rifampicin,minocycline hydrochloride,the tensile strength decreased slightly,and the elongation at break was basically unchanged.When the concentration of C8 is 0.0635mg/cm2,the bacteriostatic rate of S.aureus drops to 80%,and when the concentration is 0.5 mg/cm2,the bacteriostatic rate of E.coli drops to about 80%;at QTA8 is 0.0635mg/cm2,the bacteriostatic rate against S.aureus drops to about 60%.At a concentration of 2 mg/cm2,the bacteriostatic rate against E.coli drops to 70%;at a concentration of C12 of 0.05 mg/cm2,the The bacteriostatic rate of S.aureus and E.coli remained around 90%;when QTA12 was 0.05mg/cm2,the bacteriostatic rate of S.aureus decreased to 60%,and when the concentration was 0.15 mg/cm2,the antibacterial rate of E coli has dropped to 60%.C12 has better antibacterial properties than C8,and QTA12 has better antibacterial properties than QTA8.When the dosage of C8 and C12 is 1%,TPU has obvious antibacterial activity against S.aureus and E.coli;when the dosage of QTA8 is 3%,it has obvious antibacterial activity against S.aureus and E.coli;When the addition amount of QTA12 is 1%,it has obvious antibacterial activity against S.aureus,and when the addition amount is 2%,it has obvious antibacterial activity against E.coli.The TPU material after soaking for 15 days is consistent with the antibacterial property before being soaked,indicating that the antibacterial agent in the material hardly dissolves,which can achieve long-term antibacterial purpose.The surface potential of the TPU material with additives increases with the addition of four new antibacterial agents;the TPU with C8 and C12 antibacterial agents has cytotoxicity and hemolysis with the increase of the addition of C8 and C12;The TPU of QTA12 antibacterial agent is non-cytotoxic and non-hemolytic.Using QTA12-TPU with 4%added amount,in vivo simulated antibacterial cycles and animal experiments,the results found that the material can achieve 48 hours of long-term antibacterial activity in the flow state;it also has obvious antibacterial properties in the animal body,which can effectively avoid triggering Inflammation.
