Electrostatic and pathogens exist in all aspects of people's lives.In the industrial production static electricity caused significant damage and loss.In recent years,the development of bacteria is enough to cause people's special attention.The excessively large particle size of the PEDOT/PSS aqueous dispersion of the antistatic component affects its application.Only to overcome the problem of excessive diameter,antistatic agents can be better applied.On the other hand design and synthesis of polymer quaternary ammonium salt coatings.This coating can be firmly attached to the glass surface and has antibacterial ability.Based on the cooperation with the enterprise,the research content of this paper is from the following two aspects.On the one hand,because of the average PEDOT/PSS particle size is too large in the market,so that I did the following research work:(1)The PEDOT/PSS was polymerized using conventional redox polymerization methods.The effects of different conditions on the average particle size and surface resistance of the polymer were observed.The optimum reaction conditions were obtained with the smallest particle size:30?,pH=3,PSS/EDOT=2/1,APS/EDOT = 2/1,Fe2+/EDOT= 0.002/1.(2)Under the optimum reaction conditions,a new redox system(Pd/H2O2)was designed to further reduce the size of the average particle size.The particle size was reduced from 300 nm to 80 nm.(3)Preparation antistatic coating with polymer PEDOT/PSS as antistatic component.Apply paint to PET film and detect antistatic ability.Surface resistance is less than 109?/sq.On the other hand,the quaternary ammonium salt polymer is synthesized.The polymer quaternary ammonium salt as an antibacterial agent was prepared into a coating.Apply paint to glass surfaces.I did the following research work:(1)monomer quaternary ammonium was synthesized by 2-(Dimethylamino)ethyl methacrylate(DMAEMA)and 1-Bromohexadecane.And then select p-chloromethylstyrene,styrene,butyl methacrylate,as monomer to synthesize polymer quaternary ammonium salt.Their proportions are 4:7:8:6;(2)monomer quaternary ammonium was synthesized by 2-(Dimethylamino)ethyl methacrylate(DMAEMA)and 1-Bromohexadecane.And then select p-chloromethylstyrene,styrene,butyl acrylate,as monomer to synthesize polymer quaternary ammonium salt.Their proportions are 4:7:8:7;(3)First,the glass is treated with silicone reagent.Polymer of quaternary ammonium salt as an antibacterial component was prepared to anti-static antibacterial coating.Apply the coating to the glass surface and test its antimicrobial capacity.Antibacterial test with E.coli and it has about 50%of the antibacterial capacity.
