Bactrian camel is rich in resources in northwestern China.Hump contains a lot of fat Some studies have shown that hump fat has high nutrients.However,due to its high saturated fatty acid and many impurities,it is not often selected as edible fat.The waste of resources requires extraction and processing to increase its utilization rate.At present,the deep processing technology of oils and fats is relatively mature,but the research on enriching unsaturated fatty acids of camel hump is still blank.Therefore,this study uses refined hump oil as raw material to enrich its unsaturated fatty acid by urea encapsulation At the same time,the antioxidant research on the enriched unsaturated fatty acids was carried out.On this basis,it was applied to lipstick products,laying a foundation for the effective development and utilization of hump fat.Main research results:On the basis of four single-factor tests of urinary ester ratio,urinary alcohol ratio,inclusion time,and inclusion temperature,the response surface method was used to optimize the urea inclusion and enrichment process,and the optimal process condition was mixed fatty acid(g)1.The ratio of urea(g)to 95%ethanol(mL)1:3.315:8,inclusion temperature-2.37?,inclusion time 18.13h.Before and after urea inclusion,hump oil was detected by gas mass spectrometry with 3 7 kinds of fatty acids.Before inclusion:saturated fatty acid SFA(52.38 ± 3.1351)%,monounsaturated fatty acid MUFA(35.29±0.2235)%,polyunsaturated fatty acid PUFA(4.65 ± 0.1201)%,Hump oil is a milky white solid at room temperature;after inclusion:SFA(8.43± 0.9152)%,MUFA(53.06 ± 3.5426)%,PUFA(15.37 ±1.5315)%,hump oil is a light yellow viscous liquid at room temperature,pass Through comparative analysis and discussion,the content of unsaturated fatty acids is up to 68%.In animal fats,the content of unsaturated fatty acids enriched in hump oil is higher.The Schaal oven method was used to select 4 kinds of food-grade antioxidants,and the peroxide value was used as the measurement index.The antioxidant effect was:rosemary>tea polyphenols>ascorbyl palmitate>VE,through different amounts of rosemary In the study of anti-oxidation,the most effective anti-oxidation effect is when the most suitable amount of rosemary is 0.02%.Based on the above test,using lipstick production process,camel oil lipstick products through single factor and orthogonal test to determine the best formula of lipstick:white beeswax 10%,carnauba wax 1.5%,jojoba oil 20%,hump oil It is composed of 15%oil and wax,and added with 1%hump oil enriched in unsaturated fatty acids to produce eutrophic lipstick products.The relevant physical and chemical indicators and quality testing are in accordance with national standards.
