The safety management level and implementation of technical measure affect the entire safety level in coal mine in China.In order to prevent gas explosion incidents, the perfect prevention system must be established. Therefore, the paper researches the construction and classification of gas explosion accident prevention system. And the paper mainly researches how to grade the gas explosion accident prevention system.First of all, this paper briefly introduces the reason of gas explosion and characteristices of hazards system. Based on it, deducting the evolution of gas explosion accident, and the invalidation model in prevention system of accident is constructed. Based on brief analysis of mine safety management system, and according to decision-making phase, implementation phase, evaluation stage, accident reduction strategy stage and feedback stage, gas explosion accident prevention system is built and deeply discussed, which provide theoretical basis for classification of this system.Second, with the purposes and principles of the establishment of gradation index system, the hierarchical structure model of gas explosion accident prevention index system is established through analysis of existing problems of safety evaluation index system. It is divided into three levels of target layer, criterion layer and indicator layer. The accident prevention system is general goal layer among them. Safety management and technical measures are subgoal layer. And they contain a number of first grade indexes and secondary indexes which structure criterion layer and indicator layer.Third, using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method establish accident prevention subsystem classification model of the gas explosion. According to the basic principles of AHP, determine the weighted value of gradation index of the safety management subsystem and technical measures subsystem using MATLAB. Consulting "Coal Mine Safety Regulations", "Mine Safety Law", and other relevant laws and regulations, establish index score standards of safety management and technical measures subsystem.Finally, according to probability theory and fuzzy set theory, establish grading model of gas explosion accident prevention system, and set down classification standards. According to it, bring forward the corresponding rectification measures. Ultimately, as an example a coal mine in Shaanxi Province, applying grading mathematical model of gas explosion accident prevention system and subsystems mathematical model, determine the grade of gas explosion accident prevention system in this coal mine. And further improve the accident prevention system in this coal mine.
