Study On The Supervision Of Safety Production In Suzhou Industrial Park

At present,China’s institutional reform has been almost done,the former safety production supervision department had been replaced by new emergency management departments gradually.Safety production supervision can only remain in the new emergency management department.However,the safety production supervision still belongs to the new emergency management department.Although the function is only part of it,this part of the work is the necessary basis for effectively implementing the emergency management work.Suzhou Industrial Park is the first national economic development zone ranked first in the country for many years,is also the birthplace of"Park Experience".The development of its safety production supervision work represents the characteristics of China’s economic development zones and government-administered management agencies.By studying on the safety production supervision of Suzhou Industrial Park in-depth,in order to explore and analyze the outstanding problems existing in it,put forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions,and provide some reference for the safety production supervision work of other similar economic development zones in China.This article refers and selects research priorities by understanding the main points of attention to safety production supervision at domestic and foreign firstly,and then combining with the status quo of China,deepening into the grassroots level of Suzhou Industrial Park,and then through the interviews with the law enforcement officers and the subject of supervision and enforcement,to understand the main problems existing in the safety production supervision of Suzhou Industrial Park comprehensively,and by comparing with the advanced experience of domestic and foreign.To analyze the existing problems from multiple angles include the outside and inside,in order to proposed targeted measures to optimize the safety production supervision of the current Suzhou Industrial Park,enhance the safety production supervision level of Suzhou Industrial Park under the new situation furtherly.
