Research On PPP Model Optimization Of Rural Environmental Governance

Promoting rural development is a key strategic task for the country at present and for a long time to come.The ecological environment governance in rural areas will be an important part of realizing the rural revitalization strategy and is of great significance.However,at present,China's rural environment is seriously polluted and the management resources are inadequate.In the face of the shortage of traditional government funds,inadequate treatment technology,and management efficiency to be improved,the challenge of comprehensively improving the rural environment is undoubtedly part of the strategy for promoting rural revitalization A difficult task.In this context,the multi-participation PPP model has become an effective way to solve the dilemma of governance.Based on the theoretical analysis of rural rejuvenation,rural environmental governance,and PPP model,the feasibility,necessity,and significance of the application of the rural environmental governance PPP model are put forward to promote the PPP model to play an important role in rural environmental governance.This article takes the sewage treatment in Xinghua city(county)of Taizhou City as an example.First,it starts with related concepts,and analyzes the three major theoretical tools of rural revitalization,rural environmental governance,and the PPP model.Second,it focuses on the value analysis of the PPP model and Practical exploration,and summarized and extracted from the use of the PPP model can not only make up for the lack of capital investment,but also improve the efficiency of rural environmental governance,is an effective way to solve the dilemma of rural environmental governance in China;Thirdly,combined with the rural environmental sewage treatment in Xinghua City Under the background,the progress and results achieved after the introduction of the PPP model are deeply explored.Then,an in-depth analysis of the problems and reasons existing in the operation of the PPP model of sewage treatment in Xinghua City was made.Finally,with the background of "village revitalization",suggestions were made on how to optimize the PPP model of rural environmental sewage treatment in Xinghua City.The introduction of the PPP model into the field of rural environmental governance will help mobilize social capital to reduce financial burdens,achieve optimal economic benefits through reasonable risk sharing,and effectively implement coordinated development of society,economy,and environmental protection.Therefore,in the context of rural revitalization,the PPP model plays an important role in the healthy development of the rural environmental governance industry.In addition to the role of the private sector,government departments need to improve their governance systems,increase support,and create a good operating environment for the PPP model,with a view to promoting the healthy,orderly,and high-quality development of rural environmental governance in China.
