The fine particles produced by tire wear include rubber particles,carbon black and zinc oxide particles.The size of the rubber particles that are worn off is a few microns to hundreds of microns,and the carbon black particles that are worn down are not nano-scale.The size of nano-zinc oxide particles is between 1-100nm,which is more likely to float in the air and form fine particles such as PM2.5 and PM10,causing illness and environmental pollution.This article uses the new abrasion machine independently developed and designed by the teachers and students of our research group to simulate the particle size distribution of fine particles produced by tire wear when the actual car is driving on the road.The following aspects are specifically investigated:(1)The test determined that the weight was 6 kg,the motor speed was 364 rpm,ten rubber wheels were tested,a total of 600,000 rpm,and 245 kilometers were traveled.The white corundum grinding wheel was 120 mesh and the test was closest to the actual car driving on the road.(2)This article defines suspended particles as fine particles with a diameter of less than 18 microns.In the formula(F-SSBR2466/NdBR+silicon/carbon black)and the formula(SSBR2564S/NdBR+silicon/carbon black)system,2.5 parts of carbon nanotubes are replaced with 5 parts of silicon in the rubber formula to suspend particulate matter.The emission value becomes larger,it can be concluded that F-SSBR2466 or SSBR2564S is used as the tread rubber,and the silicon filler produces relatively less fine particles than the carbon nanotube filler.In the formula(F-SSBR2636/NdBR+silicon/carbon black)system,2.5 parts of carbon nanotubes are added to the rubber formula instead of 5 parts of silicon,and the suspended particle emission value becomes smaller.It can be concluded that F-SSBR2636 when used as tread rubber,carbon nanotubes produce relatively few fine particles compared to silicon.(3)According to the cooperation unit of Shandong Linglong Group Co.,Ltd.,SSBR/NR+silicon colloid is provided to simulate the different driving speeds of vehicles.Fine particles are positively correlated with tire speed.As the tire load increases,the number of fine particles generated increases,that is,the generated fine particles are positively correlated with tire load.
