The wear types and mechanisms of machine tool guide ways is researched based on remanufacturing theory in the paper, and experimental research and quality analysis have been made for wear of composition of inverter pulse plating technology, room temperature cold welding re-melting technology and adhesive technology of the special repair glue for machine tool guide ways repairing. According to the specific type of injury, the repair processes, organizational processes and quality inspection are made. The metallographic organization of matrix is analyzed by using SEM. The tests of appearance quality, surface defects, metallographic organization bond strength and wear resistance are performed. Experiment and repair practice showed:balance between efficiency and equity, strength, hardness and wear resistance have reached design effects, the precision of machine tool guide ways could meet the technical requirements and could be suitable for remanufacturing production scale.Based on a lot of restoration practice cases in aoyukesin company which is the national pilot units of remanufacturing, the analysis of the existing remanufacturing problems of machine tool guide way are made. Some appropriate measures are propose, and the process standards (draft) of cold fusion at room temperature is draw up to improve the remanufacturing technical standards of machine tools guide ways. According to low operation efficiency and high labor intensity in the cold welding manual repair of machine tool guide ways, an automatic feeding device of cold welding machine is designed to improve repairing efficiency.
