Laser Remanufacturing, which combined Remanufacturing Engineering and Laser Forming, isan advanced repairation technology based on Laser Cladding. Certain application has been obtained inaviation engine parts remanufacturing while process planning is vital in laser remanufacturing.Choosing the best process parameters has been a common issue about process planning when facingthe unrepaired parts for different geometrical shapes and materials. The key to solve the problem is toimprove the controllability of laser remanufacturing forming quality. This paper makes a study aboutthe influence of laser cladding indicators made by process parameters from the process perspective bytaking the FGH95and GH4169nickel-based superalloy as the study carrier based on LaserRemanufacturing technology. The main contents are as follows:(1) The interaction of laser and materials, and the materials liquid cladding mechanism has beenanalyzed in order to provide theoretical guidance for the process test.(2) The impact of laser cladding geometry of the single-channel characteristics and dilution ratemade by process parameters, the laser lap cladding surface flatness made by overlap rate, the laserlaminated cladding morphologies made by path planning has been studied all in order to provide testdata support for the regression analyze.(3) The laser remanufacturing regression model of dilution rate and geometric characteristics hasbeen constructed, the results of statistical tests and experimental verification showed the regressionmodel has the practical value to some degree.(4) The laser remanufacturing regression model has been used in the entities cladding processplanning. The test results show that entity cladding process planning is reasonable, the claddingsample morphologies is good, the interfacial bonding is eligible, the remanufacturing requirementshas been satisfied basically in forming quality.
