With the rapid development of society, the requirements of material properties in various fields are becoming higher and higher. The traditional acrylates are often simple in performance,so they need to be modified in various ways. The various structure of the modified acrylate gives the acrylate different characteristics,so it is widely used in many fields such as coatings, fibers, textiles, adhesives and inks.In this study, acrylic acid/methacrylic acid was modified by cyclohexene oxide under the action of two different catalysts. The epoxy group in cyclohexene oxide has an open ring and reacts with the carboxyl group in the acid. The reaction process has no formation of small molecules, and the atomic utilization rate is 100%.In the study of reaction of cyclohexene oxide and methacrylate catalyzed by triethyl benzylammonium chloride, the product was analyzed by FTIR,GC-MS and ~1H NMR.Through the response surface method to explore the reaction time, reaction temperature, catalyst dosage, mole ratio of reactants on the yield of product,to determine the three ethyl benzyl ammonium chloride catalyst under the action of adjacent hydroxyl cyclohexyl methyl acrylate optimum process conditions of preparation are as follows:2.5 h reaction time,95?reaction temperature,2.5%catalyst,0.9 reactant mole ratio. In the reaction of cyclohexene oxide and acrylic acid catalyzed by triethyl benzylammonium chloride, the product was analyzed by FTIR,GC-MS and ~1H NMR.Through the response surface method to explore the reaction time, reaction temperature, catalyst dosage, mole ratio of reactants on the yield of product,to determine the three ethyl benzyl ammonium chloride catalyst under the action of adjacent hydroxyl cyclohexyl methyl acrylate optimum process conditions of preparation are as follows:3.5 h reaction time,95?reaction temperature,1.97%catalyst,0.9 reactant mole ratio of.In the study of the reaction between cyclohexene oxide and methacrylate catalyzed by ionic liquid[Bmim]Br,the product was analyzed by FTIR,GC-MS and ~1H NMR.Through the response surface method to explore the reaction time, reaction temperature, catalyst dosage, mole ratio of reactants on the yield of product,to determine the three ethyl benzyl ammonium chloride catalyst under the action of adjacent hydroxyl cyclohexyl methyl acrylate optimum process conditions of preparation are as follows:2.5 h reaction time,95?reaction temperature,2.5%catalyst,0.9reactant mole ratio of.In the study of the reaction between cyclohexene oxide and acrylate catalyzed by ionic liquid[Bmim]Br,the product was analyzed by FTIR,GC-MS and ~1H NMR.Through the response surface method to explore the reaction time, reaction temperature, catalyst dosage, mole ratio of reactants on the yield of product,to determine the three ethyl benzyl ammonium chloride catalyst under the action of adjacent hydroxyl cyclohexyl methyl acrylate optimum process conditions of preparation are as follows:2.5 h reaction time,94.6?reaction temperature,2.495%catalyst,0.903 reactant mole ratio.Through comparison,it was found that TEBAC had better catalytic effect in the reaction process of MAA and CHO,with the highest yield of 94.37%.[Bmim]Br had better catalytic effect in the reaction of AA and CHO,and the highest yield was 98.97%.
