China's gas companies generally have the characteristics of diversified business.Unlike daily production and manufacturing companies,from upstream suppliers to downstream customers are not only responsible for the transportation and storage of gas,but also for external sales,maintenance,and refueling services.The economic development is also accompanied by the sales of some household and commercial gas appliances.Such complicated business processes result in very high demands on the company's internal management.There are many grassroots employees in the gas industry,and most of the grassroots employees are not highly educated,so the management of "people" is very important in the enterprise.As an important part of management,performance management has a significant effect on the gas industry.Therefore,for gas companies,the establishment of a suitable performance management plan can ensure that employees can still maintain their enthusiasm in complex operations,thus ensuring that the company is constantly approaching its strategic goals.ZR Gas Company,as a large gas company in Liaoning Province,also has complex business processes and a generally low-educated employee base.The company has continuously expanded its business in recent years,resulting in the company's management foundation not keeping up with the company's business development.Therefore,ZR Gas needs to fully optimize performance management.The thesis mainly focuses on the Key Performance Indicator(KPI)and Balanced Score Card(BSC)method to solve the performance management problem.The specific research is based on the management status of ZR Gas Company.Problems that arise in performance management.The thesis first analyzes the background of the gas industry performance management that needs to be optimized in accordance with industry changes and the significance of the research based on this background;secondly,it expounds the relevant theoretical basis of performance management,BSC and KPI;and then understands the business process and performance of ZR Gas Company Under the premise of the management situation,in-depth analysis of the problems in ZR Gas Company's performance management;then taking the three departments of the marketing department,the production operation department and the comprehensive management department as an example,the combination of KPI and BSC was used to build the financial,The ZR Gas Company performance index library of four dimensions: customer,internal operation,learning and growth.Finally,the ZR Gas Company's performance plan preparation process and performance feedback process are missing and other issues are improved and optimized to make the performance management process more comprehensive.The aim is to improve the management efficiency of ZR Gas Company through the reconstruction of ZR Gas Company's performance indicator database and the optimization of performance management process,and ultimately provide support for ZR Gas Company's strategic realization and provide reference for other gas companies.
