With the improvement of people's living standards,various types of recreational facilities are also increasing,enriching people's spiritual and cultural life,at the same time,various risks bring security problems,but also threaten people's lives and property safety.Therefore,it is particularly urgent and important to assess the system safety risk of amusement facilities,maximize the safety performance of amusement facilities,and maximize the protection of property and life safety.Data show that since 2004,the safety accidents of amusement facilities at home and abroad have been counted and analyzed,and 169 accident cases have been obtained,including 42 domestic and 127 foreign.Among them,human factor accidents account for about 30% of the total accidents,and design,structure and mechanical system failures account for about 50%.Aiming at the frequent accidents of amusement facilities caused by human errors,the human factors and their hazards identification technology of equipment are studied.On the basis of statistics and analysis of relevant damage,failure and failure case data,the common wrong behaviors of operators,passengers and maintenance personnel are defined,and a database of common wrong behaviors,results and preventive measures is built.The single deviation hazard effect model and multi-deviation coupling hazard effect model of human factors are established.HAZOP and risk matrix methods are used to identify the hazard level of human factors,build a database of hazard level information,and formulate corresponding operation specifications and interlocking protection measures combined with specific cases.Through the HAZOP analysis of amusement facilities,it can be found that potential hazards exist,and the equipment needs to be constantly optimized to improve the safety factor of the equipment itself to reduce the impact of human factors on the accident rate.Aiming at the performance of the equipment itself,the large pendulum of typical large-scale amusement facilities is taken as an example to carry out theoretical calculation,SolidWorks modeling and ADAMS simulation analysis.The acceleration wireless sensor A302 is used to test the device,and the rationality of the simulation analysis is verified.From the comparative analysis of the data,it can be found that wind load,equipment weight andpassenger mass have less impact on the equipment,while the impact load caused by the swing arm direction change has greater impact on the equipment.The results can provide data support for the improvement of equipment performance.In view of the above work,Visual Studio as a development tool,based on.Net operating platform,using SQL Server database and C# language,build amusement facilities computer aided safety analysis system.It integrates HAZOP analysis,identification and analysis of human factor hazard level,accident case query,equipment performance analysis and other functions.Through the accumulation of data,a knowledge base for decision makers is formed,which provides a good platform for the further improvement of the safety of amusement facilities,thus promoting the improvement of the overall safety performance of amusement facilities.
