The kinematics simulation analysis of a newly developed large-scale slewing torsion amusement facility is carried out.The amusement facility is composed of several components,which can complete the passenger's ascending and rotating motion forms under the action of the driving load at the left straight arm joint.According to the characteristics of sports amusement facilities,five typical motion states are extracted,and ABAQUS is used for dynamic simulation analysis to evaluate the safety of the large-scale amusement facilities.This paper analyzes the movement track of the main beam axis of the cabin and the heart of the passenger seat under five typical movement conditions,compares the movement state differences of different seats in the cabin with the movement track of the main beam axis of the cabin as a reference,extracts the speed and acceleration time curve of the passenger heart under different movement conditions,and carries out the maximum value of the speed and acceleration of the passenger heart under different movement conditions Then,the safety of passengers is checked based on the speed and acceleration according to the code;the maximum value of force and moment under different movement conditions is obtained,and the load of key nodes is compared;the stress of different components is analyzed,the maximum value of stress is obtained,and the dangerous position of stress is found,and the safety evaluation of structure strength is carried out according to the code.The results show that: under the motion condition of the boom crossing,the passenger's trajectory is more complex and the motion form is changeable;the maximum value of speed and acceleration appears in the condition of the boom crossing,and the speed and acceleration of the passenger under five different motion conditions can meet the relevant requirements of the safety code of amusement facilities,and the passenger is safe;the stress safety coefficient of each component of the amusement facilities can be all Meet the specification requirements,sufficient safety reserves and overall safety of the structure.This work provides a feasible method for the dynamic analysis of this type of amusement facilities,and provides necessary data for the safety evaluation and subsequent structural strength analysis of large amusement facilities,which has certain reference significance for the safety evaluation and analysis of similar facilities.
