Due to the unique structure of the pyrazole ring and its complexes,pyrazole-based Schiff bases and their complexes have different substitution sites and substituent groups,so that the synthesized pyrazole-based Schiff bases have diversity and different biological activities.At the same time,its structure also contains-C=N-group,which is easy to coordinate with excessive metals,and its complexes also have different biological activities,such as antibacterial,anti-cancer,anti-inflammatory,weeding,insecticide,etc.,making their research more widely.Nitrogen-sulfur polydentate Schiff bases contain N and S heteroatoms and are easy to coordinate with metals.These compounds play an important role in the fields of medicine,pesticides,photochemistry and materials.In this paper,a series of aldehyde-containing and ferrocenylpyrazole compounds were synthesized,and their Schiff bases and their complexes were synthesized.At the same time,a series of nitrogen-containing and sulfur-polydentate Schiff bases and their complexes were synthesized.(1)After condensing acetophenone/substituted acetophenone with phenylhydrazine/substituted phenylhydrazine to form hydrazone,and then undergoing Vilsmeier-Haack reaction with DMF and POCl3,five different pyrazolaldehyde compounds(1a?5a),acetylferrocene and phenylhydrazine/substituted phenylhydrazine were reacted to obtain two different ferrocenyl pyrazolaldehyde-containing compounds(6a,7a),and their structures were analyzed and characterized.(2)Reaction of phthaloyl hydrazide with pyrazolaldehyde(1a?4a)to obtain 4 different Schiff base compounds(1c?4c);pyrazole aldehyde 1a and hydrazinodithiocarbamate The reaction of benzyl esters generates two Schiff base ligands HL1 and HL2 containing pyrazole heterocycles.After the ligand reacts with the transition metal acetate,its complex(NiL12,ZnL12,CuL12,CdL12,NiL22,ZnL22,CuL22,CdL22),and its structure was analyzed and characterized.(3)Reaction of pyrazolaldehyde la with m-nitroacetophenone and acetylferrocene gives two different pyrazole-containing chalcones(1d,2d);chalcone 2d is reacted with benzyl hydrazinodithiocarboxylate The Schiff base ligand HL3 was obtained.The ligand reacted with the transition metal acetate to obtain the complexes(NiL32,ZnL32,CuL32,NiL32,ZnL32,CuL32),and the structure was analyzed and characterized.(4)Reaction of Rhodamine B hydrazide with acetylferrocene to obtain Schiff base compound(1f);2-hydroxy-2-phenylacetophenone,glyoxal,diphenylacetone and hydrazide group respectively After reaction of p-nitrobenzyl dithioformate to obtain Schiff base ligands(HL4?HL6),it reacts with transition metal acetate to obtain complexes(NiL4,ZnL4,CuL4,CdL4,NiL52,ZnL52,CuL52,CdL52,NiL62,ZnL62,CuL62,CdL62),and their structures were analyzed and characterized.A total of 51 compounds,7 intermediates,9 pyrazole-containing heterocyclic compounds,11 ligands,and 24 complexes were designed and synthesized in this article.39 compounds have not been reported in the literature,and the physiological activities of these compounds are still being tested Medium,will report later.
