In order to improve the strength,toughness and heat resistance of ordinary plastic nonel tubes,HDPE,Surlyn,CSW and PE-g-MAH were respectively or jointly used to melt blend LDPE.The high-performance modified LDPE composite was tested by mechanical properties,microstructure and TG-DSC expreriments,and the modified nonel tube with different modified LDPE composite as tube wall material was prepared.The performance test of initiating devices is carried out with ordinary plastic detonating tubes.The appearance and outer diameter,detonation reliability,detonation sensitivity,detonation speed,tensile performance,seismic performance,oil resistance,melting crystallization temperature,thermal decomposition characteristics,thermal shrinkage and other parameters of all types of detonating tubes are emphatically compared.The experimental results showed that compared with pure LDPE,the strength,rigidity and toughness of LHS(LDPE/HDPE/Surlyn)composite were increased by 15.54,54.21 and 25.02%,respectively.There were two melting peaks and two crystallization peaks moving to the high temperature region;CSW had little effect on the melting and crystallization properties of LDPE,but it could reduce the maximum reaction rate of thermal decomposition.Whiskers exist in LDPE,and the tensile strength of LDPE increases by tearing when it breaks,but the toughness deteriorates.In addition,low content of CSW is beneficial to the increase of apparent activation energy of LDPE.On the contrary;LHSC(LDPE/HDPE/Surlyn/CSW)composite has a better ratio of 8/1/1/0.53,which is 22.47,109.55 and 11.62%higher than pure LDPE in strength,rigidity and toughness,respectively.After introducing 9%PE-g-MAH,the strength,rigidity and toughness are increased by 26.9,128.66 and 16.28%,respectively.Different types of nonel tubes can meet the requirements of ordinary plastic nonel tubes in terms of initiating devices and other properties,with slight improvement in detonation speed and maximum distance of interruption of nonel.The strength,toughness and heat resistance of LHS modified nonel were increased by 27.55%(27N),133.03%and 3.41 times,respectively.The strength,toughness and heat resistance of LHSC modified nonel were increased by 35.71%(35N),31.19%and 7.44 times,respectively.The strength,toughness and heat resistance of LHSCP(LDPE/HDPE/Surlyn/CSW/PE-g-MAH)nonel were increased 41.84%(41N),47.71%and 4.20 times,respectively.PE-g-MAH could improve the strength and toughness of the nonel tube,but worsen the heat-resistant shrinkage of the nonel tube.Figure[23]table[28]reference[74]...
