Reliability Engineering Platform Of Scraper Conveyor Based On Full Life Cycle

Scraper conveyor is the transport equipment on fully mechanized coalmining face, the orbit of shearer along the working, and the moving fulcrum ofhydraulic support, its performance has a direct impact on the economicefficiency of enterprises and coal mine production automation and intelligencelevel. However, scraper’s harsh working conditions, load fluctuations,complicated working conditions, causing a high failure rate.Since the1960s,china has been able to achieve scraper conveyor series production, but comparedwith foreign advanced level, there is still a big gap in the life and reliability.Therefore, scraper conveyor level of analysis and research is needed to improvethe scraper conveyor reliability and extend service life.Firstly, the issue using reliability-related technology, key parts of thescraper, scraper chain conveyor and hydraulic coupling were analysis on FTA,FMECA and FRACAS. Secondly, based on the whole life cycle theory,expounded scraper conveyor from the early design, manufacturing, to theinstallation, commissioning and maintenance, until late into the end-of-life scrapthe whole process analysis. Finally, used Visual Studio2010software, SQL Server2008software and computer network technology, builded a scraperconveyor reliability engineering management platform.Based on the scraper chain, hydraulic coupling reliability analysis, themajor constraints affecting their reliability, targeted to take measures to improvethe scraper chain, hydraulic couplers and other key parts and machine reliabilitylevel. Secondly, put the whole life cycle theory into the process of productionand use management of the scraper conveyor. Finally, construction of the scraperconveyor reliability engineering management platform, which included theprocurement of information, maintenance information, production information,FMECA analysis table and other reliability information. Facilitate reliabilityanalysis and data management, and enables the query information, add anddelete, data download and print, to make and use the scraper conveyor reliabilityof enterprise management provides a platform.
