Machine is one of the important equipment, coal mining, but also the coreof the modern high efficiency coal mining equipment, widely used in coalenterprise. The reliability of the machine has now become one of the importantindices for evaluating machine performance, so the reliability of the machinemore and more get of machine manufacturing enterprises and attaches greatimportance to the coal enterprises. The reliability of the machine is not onlyassociated with the design, development, manufacture of machine, and also thetransport, storage, installation and debugging of machine, use, maintenance, etc.Manufacturing enterprises and whole life management of the reliability of themachine for coal enterprises lack the understanding of the overall system. So,the whole life cycle of roadheader in China are the study of reliabilitymanagement and platform development and design of a very far-reachingsignificance.The tunneling machine manufacturing enterprises and demand for coalproducers boring machine reliability engineering platform was first analyzed,and the machine reliability engineering platform overall objectives, structure,functions and database was designed. Subsequently, the TBM key institutions have been analyzed by FTA and FMECA,and the technology to the boringmachine life-cycle management of reliability among was applied to theFRACAS technology. The reliability analysis was used in roadheader by3Ftechnology, specifically for the management of manufacturing enterprises andcoal production enterprises boring machine, combined with the full life-cycletheory, the theory of reliability management based on full life cycle of boringmachines was put forward,and the boring machine reliability management ofearly, middle, late were uesd by the theory,a suitable coal enterprise life-cyclemanagement system reliability was taken shape. Finally, based on the reliabilityengineering platform boring machine overall program, ASP.NET technology, theVisual Studio2008and SQL Sever were applied to the software platform,andthe boring machine reliability engineering platform was designed.The overallobjective was refined,and the sub-module platform boring machine reliabilityengineering was built,and sub-module was programed and interface design.The tunneling machine manufacturing enterprises and coal productionenterprises boring machine reliability management in the whole life cycle wasachieved.Greatly enhanced the level of reliability and efficiency of enterprisemanagement, it has some practical value and commercial value.
