With the acceleration of the pace of modern life,many people are suffering from chronic diseases,and many diseases have a tendency to become younger.For example,rheumatism,neck,shoulder,waist,and leg pain are mostly caused by impaired blood circulation.Infrared has a certain promoting effect on the human microcirculation.More and more people are now paying attention to the research direction of the health mechanism of far-infrared fabrics,and some far-infrared products will also be used in the clinic to assist related diseases.In view of this,this article is devoted to the development of a set of seamless knitted garments suitable for winter wear,which can promote human microcirculation and have far-infrared functions.Firstly,the relationship between the structure of six kinds of seamless knitted fabrics made from six kinds of far-infrared fibers,blood flow perfusion volume and antistatic performance was studied.Based on the analysis of appearance,tensile fracture performance,and moisture absorption test analysis of six different far-infrared nylon yarns and one ordinary nylon yarn,weaving 7 fabrics,and using one of them as a control.The far infrared properties and antistatic properties of the remaining six far infrared nylon fabrics were discussed.The test results on 7 samples showed that the six far-infrared nylon fabrics all had good far-infrared emission functions,but the difference between their far-infrared emissivity values was small.Compared with the other four far-infrared nylon fabrics,the tea carbon and coffee carbon nylon fabrics have a better promotion effect on human skin microcirculation effect.Graphene and biomass graphene fabrics have better antistatic effect than other 5 fabrics.It is determined that the veil material uses coffee carbon nylon yarn and graphene nylon yarn,and the veil feed ratio and fabric structure are used as test factors.The design experiment factor levels are as follows:The levels of the arrangement ratio of coffee carbon nylon to graphene nylon in the veil are:100:0,75:25,50:50,25:75.The level of fabric structure is as follows:1+3 rib structure,1+1 false rib structure,plain stitched yarn structure.According to the comprehensive experimental design experimental method,12 fabrics were made on a seamless knitting machine.Twelve fabrics were tested for local skin blood flow and antistatic tests.The blood flow perfusion test results showed that the factor that has the most effect on the promotion of microcirculation of human skin in these 12 fabrics was the veil feed ratio,followed by the tissue structure.When the veil is made of coffee carbon nylon and the structure is plain weave,the fabric has a better effect on promoting the microcirculation effect of human skin.The antistatic test results showed that the factor that had the greatest effect on the antistatic performance of the fabrics was the veil feed ratio,followed by the structure.When the veil feed ratio is 25:75 and the structure is plain weave,The antistatic properties of the fabric are relatively good.These 12 fabrics were tested for comfort and appearance.The test content includes:thermal insulation,moisture absorption,moisture permeability,breathability,wrinkle resistance,drapability,and anti-pilling.The test and analysis results show that among these 12 fabrics:the structure has the greatest influence on the fabric’s warmth,moisture permeability,air permeability,wrinkle resistance,and drape.The veil feed ratio has the greatest effect on the fabric’s moisture absorption and anti-pilling properties.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the test results of these 12 fabrics.The results show that the comprehensive performance of the 12 samples is ranked as follows:#4>#1>#7>#12>#11>#3>#10>#8>#6>#2>#5>#9.It can be seen that the comprehensive performance of#4,#1 and#7 seamless knitted fabrics is relatively best.Based on the above conclusions,combined with a questionnaire survey,a survey of shoulder and neck far-infrared health care in winter was conducted,and 263 consumers were investigated.As a result,a set of far-infrared seamless knitted garments that meet the needs of consumers and also promote human skin microcirculation has been developed.
