Nowadays,as the pace of life accelerates,most modern people are in a sub-healthy state and suffer from chronic diseases such as shoulder,neck,waist,and leg pain.In severe cases,they even suffer from frozen shoulder.A proper amount of external magnetic field acts on the human body,has an effect on the human body's own biological magnetic field,activates the biological body's own magnetic field,and the biological effect of the magnetic field can improve the local blood microcirculation of the human body and promote the metabolism of the biological body.Applying magnetic fibers to clothing fabrics can improve the blood microcirculation of human skin to a certain extent.Therefore,by studying the effects of different surface yarn materials,yarn feed ratio and different fabric structure on the functionality and wearability of magnetic seamless knitted fabric,the research and development of magnetic seamless knitted garment that have a certain promotion effect on human skin blood microcirculation and have excellent wearing performance has broad application value.This article combines magnetic fiber and seamless knitting technology,through the design of the surface yarn materials and its yarn feed ratio:polypropylene yarn with different magnetic powder content(0%,10%,50%)and its yarn with graphene viscose yarn feed ratio(100:0,75:25,50:50,25:75),adopts three knitted fabric structures:weft flat needle,1+1 false rib stitch,1+3 false rib stitch,and the inner yarn is made of nylon/spandex covered yarn.According to the partial add-on orthogonal test method,12knitted fabric samples were knitted on a seamless knitting machine.Through testing the surface magnetic induction intensity,far-infrared performance,and anti-ultraviolet performance functionality of 12 knitted fabrics,,explore the effects of different surface yarn materials and their yarn feed ratios,and different structure on the functionality of the fabric.The results show that:The factor that has the greatest impact on the magnetic induction intensity of the fabric surface is the polypropylene yarn with different magnetic powder content in the surface yarns,and the lesser impact on it is the surface yarn feed ratio,and the least impact on it is the structure.The better fabric sample plan corresponding to the higher magnetic induction intensity of the fabric surface is:the surface yarn feed ratio is 100:0,the surface yarn material is magnetic polypropylene yarn with 50%magnetic powder content(MPF-50),and the structure is 1+3 false rib stitch.The factor that has the greatest influence on the far-infrared performance of 12 seamless knitted fabrics is the structure,and the lesser impact on it is the surface yarn feed ratio,and the least impact on it is the polypropylene yarn with different magnetic powder content in the surface yarns.The factor that has the greatest impact on the anti-ultraviolet performance of 12 seamless knitted fabrics is the surface yarn feed ratio,and the lesser impact on it is the structure,and the least impact on it is the polypropylene yarn with different magnetic powder content in the surface yarns.In order to explore the better test method for the effect of magnetic seamless knitted fabric on the blood microcirculation of human skin,on the inner forearm of the subjects's non-dominant hand,avoid the superficial veins that are visible on the surface of the human skin,and select the test point C1 with a skin area of about 1.5cm~2at a distance of no less than 5cm from the wrist and no less than 2.5cm from the elbow fossa to select the skin area test point C2 with a size of about 1.5cm~2.By covering the magnetic polypropylene yarn with 10%magnetic powder content(MPF-10)flat needle knitted fabric at the test point C1,and test point C2 covering the ordinary polypropylene yarn with 0%magnetic powder content(MPF-0)flat needle knitted fabric,using the BVI vascular imaging instrument,the skin blood microcirculation comparison experiment was carried out on 10 healthy female adults to explore and analyze the influence of the test coverage plan(sample not perforated,sample perforated without coverage,sample perforated coverage),sample width(6cm,8cm,10cm,12cm),sample coverage time(5min,10min,15min,20min,25min)on the results of skin blood microcirculation test.The results show that:the sample perforation coverage group plan,the sample width is 10cm,and the sample coverage time is 20min.It is a test method that is less affected by the outside world and the test results are more in line with the actual situation.The corresponding skin blood microcirculation test method has been developed.Using the better test method obtained above,test point C1 is sequentially covered with 12 seamless knitted fabrics,and test point C2 is covered with MPF-0 flat needle knitted fabric.The skin and blood microcirculation comparison experiments are carried out on 10 healthy female adults to explore the effects of polypropylene yarn with different magnetic powder content and its yarn feed ratio with graphene viscose yarn,and the effects of different structure on skin blood microcirculation.The results show that in the blood microcirculation blood perfusion volume test of 12 seamless knitted fabrics,the skin blood microcirculation blood flow promotion multiple is arranged from excellent to poor as follows:#3>#6>#9>#12>#8>#11>#10>#5>#2>#7>#4>#1,that is,#3 magnetic polypropylene fiber seamless knitted fabric has relatively good ability to promote the blood microcirculation effect on the surface of human skin,and the worst is#1 fabric.The factor that has the greatest impact on the skin blood microcirculation blood flow promotion multiple is the polypropylene yarn with different magnetic powder content in the surface yarns.and the lesser impact on it is the surface yarn feed ratio,and the least impact on it is the structure.The better sample plan corresponding to the larger blood flow promotion multiple is:the surface yarn feed ratio is 25:75,the surface yarn material is MPF-50,and the structure is weft flat needle.Test the wearing performance of 12 knitted fabrics,explore the influence of different surface yarn materials and yarn feed ratios,and different structures on the wearing performance of the fabric.The results show that:The factor that has the greatest impact on the fabric's thermal performance,contact cold and warm feeling,drape,rigidity and flexibility is the structure,and the lesser impact on it is the surface yarn feed ratio,and the least impact on it is the polypropylene yarn with different magnetic powder content in the surface yarns;The factor that has the greatest impact on the fabric's moisture absorption,moisture permeability,antistatic property,and anti-pilling property is the surface yarn feed ratio,and the lesser impact on it is the polypropylene yarn with different magnetic powder content in the surface yarns,and the least impact on it is the structure;The factor that has the greatest impact on the fabric's air permeability and wrinkle recovery ability is the surface yarn feed ratio,and the lesser impact on it is the structure,and the least impact on it is the polypropylene yarn with different magnetic powder content in the surface yarns.Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the human skin microcirculation effect and wearing performance of 12 seamless knitted fabrics,and the weight is determined by the expert scoring method.The comprehensive performance of 12 seamless knitted fabrics is arranged from excellent to poor as follows:#12>#7>#5>#11>#3>#9>#10>#4>#8>#6>#2>#1,the overall performance of fabric#12 is relatively best,and fabric#1 is relatively the worst.According to the optimized fabric design plan obtained by the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,combined with the requirements of winter seamless knitted underwear,ergonomics,and the statistical results of questionnaire surveys,the seamless knitted garment styles are designed in zones.The shoulders and upper arms are the most critical parts to protect and relieve shoulder and neck pain.The abdomen needs to be kept warm.The#12 scheme with relatively good overall performance is adopted:the surface yarn materials and its yarn feed ratio are 25%MPF-50+75%graphene viscose yarn and structure are 1+3 false rib stitch,which have good human skin blood microcirculation effect,air permeability,moisture permeability,and warmth retention.The forearm,chest,and back are made of surface yarn material and its yarn feed ratio is25%MPF-50+75%graphene viscose yarn,the structure is 1+1 false rib stitch,and the warmth retention,moisture permeability and air permeability are relatively good.Developed a magnetic seamless knitted underwear with a certain promotion effect on human skin blood microcirculation and excellent wearing performance.It provides a certain reference basis for the application of magnetic health textiles to the physiotherapy of chronic diseases such as shoulder,neck,waist and leg pain such as frozen shoulder.
