With the development of society and the improvement of people's living standards,the textile industry is gradually developing towards functionalization and intelligence.The gradual maturity of the traditional textile industry has provided the basic conditions for the research focus of the textile industry to shift to high value-added and high-tech fields.The combination of conductive functional materials and textile materials to prepare composite materials with excellent electrical conductivity has attracted the attention of the textile industry.In order to obtain a flexible conductive textile composite material,firstly,graphite is used as a main raw material,and water-insoluble graphite is prepared into a hydrophilic graphene(Go)by a modified Hummers method;then,graphene oxide and pure cotton fabric are impregnated by a dipping method.Combining,the graphene oxide/cotton fabric composite material is obtained,and finally the graphene/cotton fabric composite material is reduced by chemical reduction method using hydrazine hydrate to obtain graphene/cotton fabric conductive composite material.The crystal structure of graphene oxide was detected by XRD.The microstructure of graphene/cotton fabric conductive composite was observed by SEM.The oxygen-containing functional groups on graphene oxide were detected by FTIR.The graphene oxide layer structure was observed by TEM and the four-probe test was used.The instrument is characterized and tested for performance.The results show that the monolayer Go is prepared by the modified Hummers method.The graphene/cotton fabric conductive composite has good conductivity after reduction.Composite material resistance is as low as 189?/sq.With the increase of Go mass concentration and impregnation times,the bonding ability of Go and cotton fabric is enhanced.Graphene/cotton fabric composites have reduced square resistance and enhanced electrical conductivity.Then,using pure cotton fabric and silver nitrate as the main raw materials,silver/cotton fabric conductive composites were prepared by chemical reduction method,and the reaction conditions such as silver nitrate concentration,reaction temperature,reduction reaction time,reducing agent concentration and bath ratio were studied.The influence of the conductive properties of cotton fabric conductive composites.The crystal structure of the obtained silver particles was detected by XRD,the ultraviolet absorption spectrum of the silver particles was detected by UV-Vis,the particle size of the silver particles was detected by a laser particle size analyzer,and the microstructure of the silver/cotton fabric conductive composite was observed by SEM,and the four-probe tester was used.The conductivity of the silver/cotton fabric conductive composite was tested.The effects of silver nitrate concentration,reduction reaction duration,reaction temperature,bath ratio and reducing agent concentration on the square resistance of silver/cotton fabric conductive composites were analyzed The results show that silver/cotton with good conductivity can be obtained under the reaction conditions of 1.5 mg/mL silver nitrate concentration,reaction temperature 80?,reduction reaction time 60 min,reducing agent concentration 1.5 mg/mL,and bath ratio 1:50.Fabric conductive composite.Composite material resistance is as low as 201 ?/sq.Finally,on the one hand,graphene/cotton fabric conductive composite material and graphene oxide/cotton fabric composite material were used as raw materials,reacted with silver nitrate,and chemically reduced to obtain silver/graphene/cotton fabric conductive composite material.On the other hand,the silver/cotton fabric conductive composite material is used as the raw material,and the pre-prepared graphene oxide is combined with the silver/cotton fabric conductive composite material by the dipping method,and then the hydrazine hydrate is chemically reduced to obtain the graphene/silver/cotton fabric conductive composite.material.The crystal structure of graphene and silver was detected by XRD.The microstructure of silver/graphene/cotton fabric conductive composite and graphene/silver/cotton fabric conductive composite was observed by SEM.UV-Vis was used to detect the ultraviolet absorption spectrum of silver ion.Conductivity of graphene/silver/cotton fabric conductive composites and silver/graphene/cotton fabric conductive composites was tested using a four-probe tester.Compare the advantages and disadvantages of two different preparation methods,the electrical conductivity of conductive composites and other properties.It can be known that if a composite material with excellent electrical conductivity is to be prepared,a silver/cotton fabric conductive composite material is first prepared,and a graphene oxide/cotton fabric conductive composite material is prepared by a dipping method.Finally,the conductive reduction method is used to obtain graphene/silver/cotton fabric conductive composite materials with excellent electrical conductivity.Composite material resistance is as low as 20?/sq.The composite materials have the potential to be used as flexible conductive materials.
